Bought a 2017 Ford Fusion from them in 2019. By 2024, it needed a new engine with less than 70k miles on it. It took them 2 weeks to come tow it then it sat in their shop for a month. No one offered us a loaner car or communicate what was going on with the vehicle. I had to keep calling to get updates. After paying a $6200 bill, the check engine light came on when I drove off. I immediately went back and they wanted to charge me another $500 for O2 sensors. Not to mention, the didn't wash the car(which was filthy) and had under a quarter tank of gas. We will never do business with them again. They also failed to get us our money back on a recall we paid out of pocket. We sent them receipts of the work that was done 2 yrs ago and now they say the refund conveniently expired last year. Very disappointed with this dealership...

Bought a car, an issue came up that either of us knew about shortly after and they took it in with no problem! And got it all fixed and even took care of me while they had my car and let me use a rental after it was in there longer then expected. and Sarah was my sales lady and was super nice and understanding. Good people for sure

2012 Ford escape, compression dropped in one cylinder enough to cause misfire. Didn't have the time to work on it. Car sat in their shop for a week and in the end without running any test their shop told me the piston rings were bad and quoted me $3,500 for a motor with 100k miles on it. Paid the $90 diagnosis fee and brought it home. Disassemble the head and replaced a damaged exhaust valve. 10k miles later still running the best it's ever had since I've bought it. I understand the need to get cars in and out without spending days diagnosing but at least be honest with your diagnosis if your gonna charge for them.

Dropped my car off here to get fixed put my key in the drop off box and they didn't work on my car. Said they didn't look in the drop box for the key? They didn't even think to call and ask? This isn't the first time this has happened. Don't waste your money here. Horrible business

Wanted to get our A/C in ghe cab of our motor home repaired here as it sits on a Ford chassis, Raber tried every which way to get the part but was unable, no fault of theirs. They still called us the next day out of concern for us. We were there during triple digit heat. Very nice people.
