These ladies were clearly not interested in helping me find a solution to my irs question. Nor were they polite. I didn't feel heard, while my questions were dismissed by short snippy answers. In the end, I was directed to call an 800 number- the same call center that directed me to go to the nearest H&R Block office, for help, in the first place! I've been a client at this store my whole adult life, but I'll never bother them again. I recommend anyone make the drive out of town...

We were well taken care of and Ladena went out of her way to help us obtain one form we forgot to bring so we were done the same day. Was worth paying the extra instead of doing it myself online.
