This venue was the perfect place to host a birthday/family reunion. Cathy was an absolute gem. She assisted from start to finish and was always one text away! The venue has such a gorgeous charm inside and out. From the beautifully crafted bar area to the convenient kitchen area I couldn’t be more pleased with what was offered. Cathy brought in a banner for us to use, set up a food and drink table, left an arch out for pictures. She was truly there for anything we needed and made this day stress free! The outside is very spacious. We were able to set up games and a bounce house to keep kiddos entertained. Will definitely be our top venue choice for any future events!

Glacial Hills and Cathy and Kevin went above and beyond to make the Annual Chamber of Commerce Christmas Mixer and Give Where You Live Day watch party a huge success!The Venue was set up to our specifications, the tables were beautifully done and their willingness to do whatever we needed was unbelievable! Highly recommend them for any event large or small.Cathy’s eye for conversation areas and music enjoyment seating intertwined to create the perfect cozy atmosphere. Thanks is not enough!

what a lovely place!! If you looking for a cute and cozy place this is it. We had our daughters baby shower there over the weekend couldn’t have picked a better place. We were able to message the venue lady at any time with questions it was all around just perfect for our event. Our family’s made some good memories here.

We had a wedding reception in September, i cannot recommend Glacial Hills enough! Cathy was so focused on details and helped with decorations to make sure my son and daughter in law had the perfect reception. Cathy and her husband are super!! If I could rate higher, I definitely would. Thank you for helping us with their reception....Stacy

We had the BEST wedding here! Got tons of compliments on how beautiful the place was. Can’t say enough great things about the owner Cathy! From the day we booked this venue she was so accommodating and so helpful. Always responded super quick when I had questions and did anything and everything to help make the day smooth! 10/10 recommend ?

I’m not sure where to start for this incredible experience. My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams at Glacial Hills Venue! When beginning to look around for venues, I had done a quick Google search for places that accommodate small weddings in Mo/Ks. GHV was the first venue I chose to peruse. I decided to send an email, and the minute I spoke with Cathy (who was very quick to respond), I knew we had found our location.To begin with, Cathy is a kind, lovely woman, who genuinely wants to make your event perfect. Honestly, everything provided exceeded our hopes and expectations. The entire process of planning was so easy – made the day seamless. Cathy made every effort to accommodate us in every way to make it the most special day for us. She is always quick to respond, making communication simple. All aspects of the contract were clearly explained, and the timeline / due dates were easy to follow.I cannot recommend this venue, enough. I wish we could host more events there! A million thanks to Glacial Hills Venue for giving us an unbelievable day, and memories we will cherish for a lifetime.

This Venue was absolutely perfect! Cathy went above and beyond to help in any way she could. Always just a call away.She helped me through all the stress of planning a wedding! From decorations, to ideas..etc. I could not have done it without her.You will not be disappointed! Perfect spot for an outdoor wedding and reception inside. All in one.

My daughter was married at Glacial Hills October 29,2022 and I cannot say enough great things about this place! Cathy was an absolute dream to work with and was so amazing throughout the entire time from the day we booked the venue until the end....she went above and beyond being helpful and so very considerate to all of us. She helped us remember things we would have forgot, she allowed us to enjoy the venue as our own, and even checked in on us multiple times to offer any help we may have needed!She stopped in day of wedding and was able to drop everything to help make more room and decorate a huge table for the wedding party because we ran out of space. And one of the biggest things-when we thought we would not have enough food because more people showed up than what we planned for-she took it upon herself to go buy pizza without hesitation just so we did not have to worry or leave! She was and is so thoughtful!!It was so awesome to have the venue all weekend and we even were able to go to the venue at other times to see how we wanted to decorate and things.The whole experience with Glacial was incredible and I highly recommend this place for any wedding for sure and also any type of event you may have. Cathy will be amazing to anyone!Thank You Glacial Hills and especially Cathy and her husband for helping make my daughter's vision come to life for the most important day!Sincerely,Tisha Hamlin
