Gas pump didn't work right and my debit card was hit twice with 2 differant amounts. Can't talk to a human with customer service so did their email complaint got no response and git to refund of any kind. The lady running register was rude. One young man was very kind and tried to help other wise I'd rate this store as a 1.

This is the most nasty cassie i have ever been in. Always filthy always counters are always nasty nothing ever gets restocked. The place is a germ fest.

They never have pizza by the slice ready anymore. If there is pizza slices they are so old they look terrible. This location use to be reliable for a quick stop in for lunch, but now it's not worth getting anything but gas here. It sucks because they're convenient store that's not convenient or clean anymore.

i just bought a pint of ice cream at south casey's in cameron mo and it cost me 6.40 cents for 1 pint. this is outragious. they never have anything like sandwiches in the could case. their pop machine is out of order most of the time. this is a terrible, terrible store.

Save your time and go down the highway to Conoco(Fast Gas). This place has gone down hill. Nothing ever seems to be stocked-beverage coolers bare. Don’t even bother stopping here in the morning on your way to work because you will for sure be late...line wrapped clear around the donuts to the frozen goods cooler-all while only ONE cashier is working..I don’t know why there are even 2 registers when only one person rings people up in prime busy hour. There are other workers there that can clearly see the line is ridiculously long, but don’t even bother hopping on the register to get the line down. Just a $h!t show in the mornings. Oh, and too many handicap parking spaces-never anywhere to park.

I stopped into this Casey’s store on June 25, 2022 at 10:30 am to use the restroom.. I was appalled by how filthy the restroom was. Trash over flowing and on the floor, no paper towels. When leaving the store the clerk was busy texting on her phone!!! This has got to be the worst Casey’s store ever and I have been in a lot. Don’t think I will ever stop again.

Was on the road during the tornados on Wednesday. I had nowhere to go, and I had over an hour left of my drive. The emergency messages on the radio were telling everyone to get off and stay off of the roads. We were having 90 mph wind gusts and tornado activity. I had no where to shelter, so I stopped at Casey’s to at least have a roof over my head (and to grab something to eat and drink). There was a woman at the door telling people that “As soon as the sirens go off, I have to have everyone out and the door locked.” I was absolutely appalled! I got back on the road and drove to St Joe, which was not safe to do at all, but I had no other choice.Is this Casey’s policy? If there had been a tornado outside the store and the sirens starting going off, would they really kick people out into it? I’m not at all impressed.

Highly disappointed with store and the employees that work there. We are not from the Midwest and don't have a Casey's where we are from. I do not recommend going here and this is why. We ordered (2) large pizzas but when we got there we received (2) medium pizzas. When the red headed kid brought them out he said we ran out of large boxes so I made mediums... wait what?! Not to mentioned he made a large pizza for the person in front of us and cut it so it went in to 2 boxes. He said he could remake them and we said yes because we have more people to feed. He said I thought it was just you two, wow this dude needs to stay quiet at this point because the more he talks the more he made no sense. My wife at this point was frustrated and called her mom to let her know what was going on. During that time the goth black haired guy went to the back after saying we didn't pay for them yet, which we did. After he checked to see if we paid he went to the register, pulled out $20, slammed it on the pizza boxes and said you need to leave. At this point I was confused because all we said we wanted was the correct order. But obviously that wasn't going to happen. I never would recommend people getting fired but this crew working August 1, 2021 at 7:50ish needs to go. Never will I go back to a Casey's and never recommend.

It's Casey's, c'mon! Get everything you belly is craving. Best Taco Pizza around. Donuts are baked so less of the guilts lol.
