How can I get my Alta Discount Card to work ? I swipe it and I never get my gas discount. Please fix the problem.

Diesel pump was bad, it took my card, but then no fuel came out at all.

You know how often you go to wash your windshield and the squeegee is gross, the water is slimy and smelly, or the bucket is complete empty? Well that doesn’t happen here. ALWAYS fresh clean water that doesn’t freeze so you can have a clean windshield year round. Why can’t everyone do this!? Thank you Alta!
