*issue finally resolved & much appreciated, wish it had been a bit more timely/ but appreciated, thank you to manager*would be 1 star but *generally* decent employees.3 separate times i have been charged multiple times for the same purchase. this specific time, they apparently can’t make it right, employee told me internet was down, made me re pay - came in to say i was charged both times , she called boss (while on the phone w the boss, i overheard her saying while internet was down this happened to other people as well) who says it will drop off within 48 hrs (it’s now been 48 hrs) & they needed proof i was charged 2x - tho i was showing proof.i didn’t even want a refund, i just wanted what i had already paid for.customers in the parking lot say this continually happens to them as well

Their breakfast and snack food is the best! I love stopping in before and after work to get something to eat. The women are so friendly and funny. Great service and great food. I'd stop in every day if I could afford it!

Travel back from Kansas to Texas decided to take the back roads stopped in at Viola groceries in Viola Kansas Christine was a very out to back friendly attitude was very pleasant to be around and thank you for the biscuits and gravy

Very dirty. Lady that was working refused to sell me tobacco products. Would avoid if possible.
