This is a review on there fine dinning restaurant. This farm to table small restaurant is worth the price. With amazing food that is sourced with care and the service. Every course is unique and is described to you the intricacies details that went thru in making it. Defiantly an experience. Perfect for a special occasion as it is on the pricier side. Defiantly keep in it in mind anytime I’m in witchita and deciding where to go. Plus you must check out the creamery barn! I’m be visiting that everytime in near.

If you are looking for something that is unlike anything else in Wichita or surrounding, this is it! I was blown away! Everything from the atmosphere, presentation, quality, understanding of genuine hospitality, the drinks, location! If it wasn’t made on Elderslie Farms it was sourced from another local farm, Haysville, Clearwater etc.. If you haven’t been to Elderslie, make a reservation and GO! Truly is next level Dining. I was smiling from ear to ear. Can’t wait to go back and wish I’d been sooner! 10/10

I wanted to take my husband somewhere for his birthday and we had talked about this place for a long time so I decided to finally book. The food was good, with how tiny portions you get. I left hungry and went to McDonald's afterwards. We visited the self serve creamery and got some cool stuff. The goats were funny and let us pet them. Brett made our experience fun but the food was less than desirable and I was sick afterwards. Best dish the pork tenderloin, worst was the seared tuna.

Elderslie Farm's Valentine's dinner featured an exceptional rendition of Cacio e Pepe. Crafted with aged Elderslie Westfork gouda, the dish achieved a perfect harmony of flavors, elevating this classic into a delightful culinary experience. The Potato Beignets were a highlight, skillfully blending harissa, yogurt, and scallion. This combination created a delightful medley of textures and spices, showcasing the chef's expertise in crafting unique and memorable dishes. The Buttermilk Biscuit, paired with ham and Westfork buttermilk biscuit, stood out with its horseradish honey-mustard butter. This savory ensemble demonstrated culinary finesse, offering a delectable interplay of flavors in each bite. The Gravalax, adorned with pickled onion foam, cucumber, caper mayo, dill, pickled mustard, pea shoots, and smoked salmon, presented a symphony of fresh and tangy components. This dish showcased a meticulous attention to detail, providing a refreshing and flavorful experience. The Beef Wellington, accompanied by parsnip, broccoli rabe, and crispy shallots, exemplified culinary mastery. The perfectly cooked beef encased in flaky pastry showcased the chef's skill in creating a dish that was both rich in flavor and visually impressive. To conclude, the Meyer Lemon Pavlova added a sweet touch to the evening. Crowned with gingerbread crumb, champagne sabayon, and citrus segments, this dessert delivered a delightful finale, leaving a lasting impression of sophistication and innovation. Elderslie Farm excelled in providing a memorable and gastronomic Valentine's dining experience. Service was exceptional, and the ambience was quiet, which allowed for ease of communication to loved ones'.

Lately, we haven't been savoring every bite like we have in the past. Maybe one course makes us stop to appreciate the dish, whereas that used to be every course. The food is still good, but hard to justify the price. The service was better this visit, but not to the level of other fine dining establishments we've been to.

UPDATE: This was nothing like my first visit. We were sat in a tiny room by a cold window. Every table had a light over it except ours. The menu was not good. The scallops were extremely overly seasoned with an everything bagel seasoning. There was one less course than last time and we all left hungry. The service was the worst part. We didn't know who our server was. We were shared with a guy and a girl. The girl spilled water all over the table. Then when she brought out the cheese plate, she dumped the crackers all over the table. When the first course came out, the three of us were expected to split it. I asked the server if I had come by myself would I get the same amount and he said yes, but it's a bonus when you eat alone because it serves 4. Absolutely ridiculous. It took forever to get our dessert entree and it was filled with a cheap raspberry flavor. Also, my friend didn't take one bite of his duck because he wasn't feeling well and he asked for a Togo box for that and his eclair. He never got them. Money wasted. Evening wasted. As good as my visit was last time, that's how embarrassing it was this time. I built the place up for my friends and left disheartened.

We came here for gathering for work. They truly made it an experience! It was relaxing and everything was wonderful. They explained what each course was down to the last detail and why each wine is designed for each dish and others like it you can have at home. We were gifted some goat cheese and wine. You can feed the goats as well!! Thank you to the chef and staff for making our event special . It felt intimate and not "your job" , you enjoyed being there .?
