Posting for someone I know. It was $10 for a shitty wash (She has been before and never had this issue) and the vacuum took $3-$4 dollars and did nothing when it should’ve been $1. This was in Valley Center. The other one in Park City is just as bad, if not worse. They won’t return calls or give you your money back, even after a shitty service. She has lost money at both locations and they still refuse to send a refund or call her back.
Extremely gross places too. I will be informing people not to go here. Club Carwash has free vacuums at least, and they are pretty powerful.

Very low quality car wash. Our car was filthy, so I opted for the best way available, for $15. The car wash was low pressure and left it car cleaner, but not clean. Pressure was low, and there was nothing that seemed to really get the dirt off. Windshield, mirrors, etc were all left with dirt and spots. For a $15 car wash, I expected a lot better results.

Spent over $20 to rinse, soap spray, tire clean, brush clean, and rinse and spot free a truck. Seems kind of pricy to me, but it's the only place nearby for Valley Center, KS

If there were less stars I'd go with a -10. Save your money!! On the 5th of September I was charged twice on my debit for a car wash and I used the number given by them on a poster should you have any issues. I got a recording so I left a message. Didn't hear back so the next day I left another message. This has gone on until today the 14th of September. It has become obvious that there will not be a response coming so I felt that this is the next move. Even a self service business should care about their customers if they want to stay in business. My bank is concerned about them having my card info and I will have to go through the painful process of changing all my accounts to a new card!!! Not only am I out money but now I have a lot of busy work ahead for me. I was a bit nervous about using my card at this place and now I am sorry I did.

I utilized the vacuum at the carwash the other day, and accidentally vacuumed up a family heirloom earring. I called the company and they called me back the next morning, and were willing and able to meet me that afternoon to unlock the vacuum and allow me to dig through it to find my earring! (I FOUND IT within 3minutes!) i am impressed by the kindness and compassion and the speed in which they got ahold of me! Less than 24 business hours! Will use their service again

Ok for a quick wash. Automated wash falls short and missed the lower 1/4 of tires. Suggest do by hand. For the price might look at other chain washes. But ok if you don't have time to get to town.
