I've only lived here for 5 months and I love my apartment, not only is it safe place for my children but a safe and quite place in general. Kayla the manager is AMAZING! Whenever I need anything or there is an issue she right on top of it. Looking for a quite, clean and safe place come to Brookfield!!!

The apartments are nice & clean. These apartments are fully furnished with all major appliances. Such as a washer & dryer, refrigerator, stove & a garage disposal (in the sink). This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is spacious & it has plenty of storage space. The rent is a little steep but it's worth it because I'm only 2 miles from my work. I would definitely recommend this Apartment Complex to everyone. By the way these apartments are kids & pet friendly.

I am overjoyed at the professionalism and care I was showed by the corporate office and management at Brookfield. I had some problems with my move in date and was afraid I would lose the apartment but they worked with me and everything turned out great and it's been wonderful here, the property is elegant peaceful and maintenance is definitely doing a great and has made sure everything is going well in my apartment.

I recently moved in and have had a great experience so far! The on-site manager is very friendly and helpful, as well as the neighbors. The area is safe and quiet as well!

Nice community. I've always had great communication with property manager and maintenance staff. My daughter came in a while back to see about renting an apartment and she said it was a great experience - processional and friendly.

I absolutely love this place. I have been looking for a safe, quiet place for my son and I for over a year when we found Brookfield. We couldn't be more thrilled with the place. Not only is it gorgeous on the inside, it is so spacious. The biggest thing we love the most is that property manager worked so hard to prepare our home for us. Janelle was amazing in all the help. Mike also did a wonderful job in preparing our home as well. We absolutely love the color of the walls, the fixtures, and the best part is the washer and dryer. Honeatly couldn't ask for a better apartment.

Just moved in and really enjoyed my experience. Janelle in the office helped make the move in process and paper work extremely easy for us and helped us with all our needs and questions! The maintenance man mike even helped us look for nearby schools for our son.
