“I randomly inquired about a rate quote to see if they could save me any money and they were easily able to save me about $420/every 6 month on my auto and renters insurance, and were able to smoothly transition my coverage over that very afternoon. The auto plan included same as or better coverage as my previous insurance company for significantly less. The customer service was friendly and knowledgeable and not at all pushy. It was a very smooth experience and am very satisfied thus far with my plan coverages and I'd highly recommend anyone to give them a try if you haven't gotten a rate quote estimate lately to give them a try!”

“Haha ? I have been an Allstate customer for quite some time. About a year ago my auto/motorcycle policies renewed there was a mix up with my auto-pay because I had gotten a new debit card, I caught it the day after they were to be drawn out and got it fixed. Fast forward to the next renewal and my auto/ motorcycle policies went up $75/$30, called them to find out why and they told me that it was because I hadn't had continuous onetime payments in the past billing cycle. I think that insurance is a scam anyway, but we have to have it and for allstate to do something like this to a long time customer who corrected the problem within 24 hours is EXTREMELY POOR business!
EDIT: I do have to say that Jon Emmit has been very helpful and a stand up guy . He has always been very helpful and quick to respond to me, that being said he reached out to me soon after my original review unaware of what was going on and made sure that it got corrected quickly and I was reimbursed. THANK YOU JON EMMITT!”

“Absolutely love this office! We own a few rental properties and previously held coverage through an assortment of other carriers — none All State. A friend of mine recommended we call Andrew’s office and Cody (don’t know his title) was AMAZING! He walked us through our options so we understood the coverage and financials for each property. Saved us a bunch of $$$. He also handled getting everything switched over from the old carriers without me having to make a single call (which if you’ve ever shopped insurance, can be a pain). Since then, he’s been incredibly responsive whenever I have a question or request — post sale! Couldn’t recommend enough getting in touch with Cody.”
