The Post Office Clerk called to let us know that a package had arrived for us after the Mail Carrier had already left for his route and that the package was available for us to pick up at our convenience or would be delivered tomorrow. The Towanda Post Office Staff have always been extremely courteous and helpful whenever I have had any interactions with any of them. Their service is always appreciated!

The people who work at this post office go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The woman who helped me this afternoon provided service the Andover Post Office wouldn't.

They keep loosing my packages, and when I call with tracking# they say it doesn't exist or that's not USPS number, but at the same time I'm on the phone with them the USPS website is showing it was delivered, so I tell the guy that and he still tells me it's not a USPS tracking number, really, so all he can say is well I'll have check with the carrier tomorrow she's gone home already. Oh and I call right after lunch.

The customer service is horrible. This post office doesn't give receipts showing you dropped off a package there. And when I called to inquiry why they don't give receipts the clerk was rude and kept telling me well you have a tracking number what's the problem. If it was the clerks package I bet they would have a problem not getting a receipt.
