“I had an excellent experience with MYERS Automotive in Towanda. I was very impressed with the entire experience!
While traveling from Chicago to Augusta, my vehicle started to experience some overheating issues during my last 50 to 100 miles. When stopping for gas several times , the temperature guage always rose up to HIGH and I added coolant to the reserve tank in case I was losing fluid and to protect my engine. It goes without saying that I was extremely nervous and agitated and scared. I continued to drive caustically and conservatively so not to overheat and destroy my engine
Because I was from out of town and didn’t know of any good shops, I was extremely stressed and anxious, nervous to bring my car to someone I was unfamiliar with and furthermore to bring my classic 1991 Toyota Supra to a shop that may not share my beliefs about conducting quality workmanship and taking pride in delivering excellent customer service .
After visiting several radiator shops that were unable to help me, it was recommended that I call MYERS Automotive Group.
Spoke to Ben over the phone and he had a very friendly and relaxed voice . He said hem may be able to help me
Ben was professional and made me feel very relaxed. Ben keep me in the loop during the whole process and delivered excellent customer service. Mike, the mechanic, was patient with showing me the exact problems. I felt very comfortable and trusted that my car was in great hands.

I was very fortunate to have Ben & Mike of MYERS Automotive work on my vehicle because of delivery of quality work and desire to meet the customer needs. “We had one of our jacks on our RV leaking oil. We went to Kellogg RV for service. The owner researched for hours to find a replacement but wasn’t able to do so by closing time. He had one of his mechanic to stop the leak on the bad one and didn’t charge us anything. He stated he would continue to look for a Jack. He found one and had it shipped to his shop from CA. The next day it arrived before stated time. After we arrived his mechanic started working on it and had us back on the road about 1 hour and 10 min. We received excellent service. Everyone was so friendly. I observed the owner talking to people on the phone. He was so patient, helpful and so kind. Would highly recommend this business. Praying God’s blessing upon this business.”

“I’ve never been one to take my car to a shop. Don’t trust them, too expensive and why would I pay someone to replace something I can do myself. Well after injuring my knee and my Chevy Silverado electrical completely shutting down I found out why. Quality car care worked on my truck tirelessly for four days to fix my electrical gremlins because I had to get our daughter to college a day after it was done. Long story short they got me A/C back in great working order and fixed the issue with my lights and turn a headache into loving my truck again. Waco Texas was 107 that day and my AC didn’t miss a beat. Their technicians are top notch and the lady and gentleman were a blessing they worked hard to make our trip possible under a time crunch and a good experience. I will be take our vehicles back there with not hesitation. Thank you Quality Car Care you made a terrible experience a great one.”

So another friend found an engine with 1/4 of the miles. We shipped it 1,200 miles to Tim and he R&R'd that engine and the car runs great!! I thought it was going to be an awesome anchor or something but now it has a newer engine and runs great! Tim's a genius!”
