Lori and Jami were the kindest employees working the evening I went in. I showed up unknowingly 10 minutes until close & they weren’t even phased. They were eager to help me find the perfect outfit for the concert I was planning to attend. Not only did they help me find the right sizes and coordinate the outfit, but they also made me feel so special. If you’re having a day where you need your spirits lifted, go to the buckle! “I received a bouquet of flowers for my birthday. Unfortunately, they were left on my front porch when I was not home. By the time I got home they were wilted and half dead. I contacted Brenda the owner who immediately apologized for the confusion, created a new arrangement and had it delivered the next business day. It was beautiful. It is rare these days to find someone who has such incredible customer service. I will continue to use absolute design and recommend to anyone who wants a beautiful gift to give them a try.”

“I was in a few days ago and there was one employee and she was clearly swamped! They were short a person, the fitting rooms were full, they had shipment that needed to go out and there were many people in the store. Layne, the one employee, was doing her very best to hold down the fort! There were kids screaming while their moms were trying on clothes and Layne kept it together (at least on the outside, not sure how she was feeling inside ☺️). In short she was a multitasking queen! This is such a difficult situation to be in and Layne was still attentive to her customers with a positive attitude. Torrid is lucky to have Layne and please get her some support help until the manager is back!!”
