We had a great visit with our dog today. Given the current situation with COVID-19, I missed going inside and seeing the staff, but they have a very nice curb-side set up. I know that my puppers received top-notch care, and I got great communication before and after. Thanks so much for all of your care and dedication!

Both Drs and every employee is friendly and clearly cares about our pets. I never feel rushed and they always answer my questions. over the years they have handled even the most difficult pet health situations in a professional and caring manner. I really appreciate all of them.

My rating is 0. My brother, 80 yrs. old, with PTSD and some cognitive issues, loves his dogs. Recently one had some stomach issues over the course of two days, so he took her to West Ridge. She was still eating, but had some stomach upset and diarrhea once. $600+ worth of tests and medicine later, he basically just gave her meds for diarrhea. This seems like major overkill! I feel like they hear "chaching" the minute he walks in. West Ridge, you should be ashamed. I first thought, "I hope they can sleep at night after robbing people." But I actually hope they can't. The staff is always very friendly, but maybe that's because they see my brother as a cash cow!!

We have used West Ridge Animal Hospital for a few years now and have always had a great experience but today was by far the best. Our dog Niko was euthanized today and everyone was so loving and helpful the entire time. All empathized with our pain as well as sharing our tears. Much love and any thanks from our family. �
