I had a great experience up until I received my vehicle back. I arrived and paid for the service. When the lady took me out to review the work, I noticed that they didn't replace my damaged rim. She went to get who I assume was the manager. He came out and started taking pictures of the rim and made the comment that he was going to submit it to insurance, but in HIS opinion, the damage was not caused by the accident, it was caused by a curb. I was immediately upset because I tried to explain to him that something damaged the rim during the accident and he continued to comment that concrete caused the damage. The car was 4 months old when the accident occurred and I am the only driver of the vehicle. I did not hit any curbs.... the damage was all the way to the center of the rim, so it would have had to be a very large curb. I hope we can amicably resolve the issue.
Just got off the phone with Walt's and they got the new rim approved through insurance and will be replacing it next week. Thank you, and my apologies for getting upset.

Excellent workmanship and price but they are backed up with work. So, if time is not an issue then they are not going to disappoint! But if you need your ride…. Then maybe you may want to look around? But a fantastic local business to recommend!

As a husband... I usually don't make any mistakes?. However, on a recent trip to Colorado, I dented our front quarter panel. On the way back, we looked for body shops in Topeka and saw CarStar had the most five star ratings. After our experience, I would wholeheartedly agree. They organized Everything with the insurance company and we got a rental car and it was done on time. Car looked brand new. I would highly recommend CarStar.
