Very disappointed with the care I’ve received through the pharmacy. I have been told on multiple occasions that my prescription is ready then when I go to pick it up I was told that it was given to a different patient. I recently picked up a prescription that is normally a 30day supply but they only gave me 26 tablets since that was what was in stock. Was told I could pick up the additional 4 once the pharmacy received another supply. Called the pharmacy because I never heard anything and was told they cannot provide me the additional 4 even though I already paid for it.

I am a Topeka resident that has visited Wal mart neighborhood market consistently. After today's terrible experience that will no longer be the case. I was given the run around..... on my pick up grocery list. I had ordered 24 grocery items using the Wal Mart app at the neighborhood market location. It flagged 18 of them as unavailable after I had placed and completed the order. I had found this odd so I called in. They told me to " wait a few hours", and it may change to show they are available. So I wait for about 3 hours until 5 PM. I check the order on my phone and it still shows only 3 of 24 items confirmed and 18 out of stock. I decide to go into the store to speak to someone directly and show them my phone order. I first wanted to confirm that some of the items that were listed "out of stock" were there in the store. Sure enough it took my less than 2 minutes to find white onion, taco seasoning, ground beef, and egg noodles ALL IN STOCK and the EXACT SAME items I ordered on the phone application. So I go to the customer service desk and alert them of this. They tell me there is "nothing they can do". That they are experiencing "techincal problems". I try to ask if they can at least complete my order with the things that were clearly in stock. He again repilied "there is nothing we can do". I was taken a back by the passive and apathetic manner this customer service rep was speaking to me, essentially putting me... the customer in the wrong for experiencing lack of good service due to their technical issues on the day, and his complete unwillingness to do a single thing about it. He would not even cancel my order for me. His final what felt like "instruction"... was to "call the 800 number". I said I already did that and that is why I am here. Needless to say I have no idea how this is supposed to be "customer service". Customer Excuses more like "Here's Why we cannot help you today....". Well thanks for nothing honestly. I have left a "mention" on their
Facebook page as well. They conveniently do not have a section for reviews on Facebook. What a complete waste of my time. I would suggest you do your shopping elsewhere... or at the least if you run into any slight inconvenience being their fault, or the fault of their own "technical problems", at this store don't expect any service from the customer service desk.

Passed several employees and not one of them acknowledged me. Selection is much smaller then a regular Wal Mart.

Not a bad selection for a neighborhood Wal-Mart. Also very friendly cashiers and customer service workers. It's not in a great part of town, but overall very convenient and nice.

I had a good experience today. Everyone was friendly, smiled. Not every visit is like that but guess everyone was happy maybe cause of the weather.

Very helpful staff, polite, friendly.When we do pick-up, items are handled carefully. If you allow "substitutions" they do a very good jobWhen we've used delivery, top-notch all the way (we tip well).
