“Dr. Banks was great, very informative explained and answered all the questions I had. Never made me feel rushed, even took the time to go above and beyond to get different prices for multiple different medication options. Gave me choices on different treatment plans. Took the time to spilt the pills to the dosage I needed, and even gave Baxter the first dose of all the meds we were being sent home with right there in clinic! Our family has been with Companion since Baxter was 7 weeks old. Dr. Esau saved Baxter's life with surgery, and was strictly to the point no sugar coating of next steps for life or death which I absolutely appreciated. He and the staff have always been so friendly and helpful. We had taken my younger pup in after the practice had sold many months ago and seen another provider. That visit overall wasn't the best experience, and we honestly had been looking to switch vets. I only called Companion this day because we have been established and I over reacted and needed to get Baxter in that day. Seeing Dr. Banks and the great experience we had in her care has our family choosing to stay with Companion. Overall 10/10 experience with this past visit!”

When old age and quality of life came for a few of our family members, they were all kind and compassionate. I felt like our loss was their loss as well. A week or so after our last visit, we received a card in the mail. Would recommend and have recommended them to my fellow fur parents!!”

“Mountain Vet is an amazing vet clinic. Our older dog loves to eat suspect things and they always take care of him with the best care but without pushing extras, which I appreciate. They also do all his vaccines and dental work. Highly recommend. Love the professional and kind staff here as well.”
“Our own vet couldn't see our dog after we'd had her at the after hours vet the evening before. They didn't have a vet on duty that day. Our own vet suggested a couple of other places. One place we went to didn't have any time and then the next place didn't either, but the difference was that next place was North Valley Animal Hospital. The veterinarian made time. For that, we are ever grateful. He made time twice when our regular vet couldn't. Kevin and his staff are wonderful people looking after God's creation. We brought our agonized dog in only to pick her up with a bounce in her step and the wobble disappearing from her gait. She liked the vet and we did too. I know it inconvenienced him, but I am so grateful he allowed himself to be inconvenienced. I praise God for getting us to his door.”

My dog is anxious at the vet but the fear free protocols helped him feel comfortable and he even let them check in his mouth and take his heart rate which he doesn’t often let a new vet do. “Everyone was so lovely and helpful. They were also super informative and great with my rat. I needed to have her teeth trimmed and couldn’t find anywhere near me that was able to, and they were able to squeeze me in. It was slightly more expensive than I was expecting but I absolutely recommend them and will 100% be going back.”

“We decided to use the wonderful folks over at Vetertinary Medical & Surgical hospital after we were recommended by the place we received our puppy from. The doctors and staff are so patient and understanding since it was our very first pet. Dr. Hahn is wonderful, and we instantly felt like this was the place for us.
We have also boarded our Frenchy for over a week here and we had a wonderful experience! She was in good hands and updated us while we were gone. Overall, they’re great for your pet, especially if it’s your first.”

“I've been bringing my two dogs here for the past 3 months or so. One of my dogs suddenly got very sick and they've been so wonderful in helping us help him.
All of the vets have been super sweet and have been patient with my reactive dog(he doesn't like strangers very much).
All in all, I would trust these guys to take care of any animal you bring their way!”

“Took our granddogs to get groomed & 1 vaccine expired yesterday, mind you it was a Sunday. We don't ever get our vaccines early. Drove 40 minutes to get there. Seemed as if they know when we came in it was expired. No phone call, had no where to take the dogs as arrangements were made around the dogs getting dropped off. Very unhappy, looked like it was because they really didn't want to work today. Very rude & unprofessional. 0 for customer service. Had our other dog to drop off as well but due to the way we were treated we didn't feel comfortable leaving him there. I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE!”
