Bought a alternator for the messed up truck they gave me missed one payment due to buying that alternator they repo the truck along with the expensive part I bought not only was I not able to get the truck back but they also added over 2000$ with it towing fees when all that was due was 258$ joke

I wanted to share my recent experience with Value Auto and express my frustration with their policies and fees. It's been quite a disappointing situation, to say the least.First off, I discovered that Value Auto has been misleading about their policy. It turns out they haven't been completely transparent, which is really frustrating. I believe it's important for companies to be upfront and honest with their customers.But that's not all. When it came time to pay off my car, I was shocked to see all these extra fees added on. It felt like they were taking advantage of the situation, especially targeting young people like us. It's unfair and leaves a sour taste in my mouth.To make matters worse, the workers at Value Auto who represent the company have been far from helpful. It's disheartening to come across individuals who seem to lack basic empathy and understanding. We deserve better treatment as customers.I wanted to share this with you because I believe it's important to raise awareness about these issues. It's crucial for companies to listen to their customers and make improvements where necessary. I'm considering reaching out to Value Auto directly to express my concerns and seekLet’shope that companies like Value Auto can learn from their mistakes and provide a better experience for all their customers.

They were very unprofessional after we spoke with nick about our situation and if something had come up could we rearrange dates for payments due to me and my significant other starting new jobs and didn’t know when our paycheck was going to be.He told us that’s fine and that he would work with us as long as we communicate the situation! Well that wasn’t the case at all.We called and first asked to speak with nick and the lady that answered wouldn’t transfer us to him and wasn’t trying to hear our situation on what was going on she transferred us to to the manager who also wasn’t trying to listen to what we had said ! So I asked once again to speak with nick and they finally transferred but then hung up ! So I recalled them and they were absolutely rude to us and were trying to argue ! Put all of our personal business out like what we did for a living and said we had no reason why we couldn’t make our payment and that wasn’t their fault ! That we had more than enough time to make a payment which was only 14 days ! And that we knew we had to make a payment but yet nick told us to call and make arrangements if anything happened! cause you know life happens .I do not recommend them as they lied to us and we’re unprofessional! If I could give them 0 stars I would! Will not ever purchase another vehicle from them or recommend family/friends

I worked for this company and can tell you first hand they sell vehicles that should not be on the road. Many of the issues we brought to managements attention go unattended until it is too late for the customer. They also talk down about their customers lifestyles and etc before and after they come in to make payments merely based on appearances. They over price the cars, knowing the people coming have no other choice but to take the bait. The owners do not care about the employees nor the customers they have. They do not stand by their word or promises, and use it every bit they can to their advantage. Do not buy/lease/finance a car from them.

I would absolutely not get a vehicle from these people. They say they get them checked out before they put them on the lot. BS they clean the inside that's all Purchased a vehicle last week had it an hour and had to be towed for running hot. Test drove the other 2 cars on the lot they ran hot quick. The lady smeld it also and put it right back on the lot. I will never go back. They new something was wrong with it. Value Auto get better with your cars. The Chevy trailblazer is the one that they towed. Got back on the lot without even fixing it.

Hello, I came Tuesday afternoon and got approved right away and I looked at a few cars and I finally found the one for me i Drove away yesterday in my new to me 2011 ford edge it’s amazing car and I’m happy to have transportation. They help me out. First car ever. Thank you for the amazing service Shelly you were amazing. They are true to their words the will help you and it all depends on how much money you can put down for your new car. Thank you so much Value Auto Center. I definitely recommend them.

NEVER coming back to this janky place again. Engine blew after driving 40 miles, refuse to give a refund after putting 1200 down on the car. What a waste of money, time and energy. Never again.
