Valley Self Storage on 47th and Topeka Blvd is amazing! The staff was always friendly and when we wanted to upgrade to a bigger unit, they found us one quick! When we moved out, they even let us keep the lock that they gave us!

I have had a unit there for a couple years the manager there goes above and beyond to help you out. The location is secure and very well lit. I highly recommend valley self storage !!

I have the storage here used to be 24-hour storage now they sit down at 10:00 at night so if you work night shift or whatever and you sleep during the day mother forget it because you ain't going to get in your storage now it sucks

I can't go into it on this public forum, but there's some serious issues that have come to light since renting extra large unit in January, 2022. I dint think the security or video cameras are working correctly as described when renting the unit, as a couple very serious situations ocurred while I was on the property, and during daylight hours. I've received no return calls from the VM's I left immediately, at specific location and specifically for the manager each time, immediately following the occurrences, since occurring almost two (April 2022) months ago now (June 2022) while I was on the property

I researched storage places and chose Valley for their secure units. I don't have any fear of my unit being broken into. Fair prices and the people are friendly.

AWFUL. I've rented storage units many times from across the country. This is, by far, the worst experience I have ever had. I moved to the area to go to law school and found the closest units to my residence. I should've done the research beforehand. They are nice in the beginning but are so very unprofessional. The online payment system is outdated and flawed. I work off and on for military and Veterans, and I move often. I had major problems with my autopayment setup (billing address changes, changing banks, etc). They change the rules of your contract after you've already signed it. (Contract says 24 hr access? Only if they deem it appropriate.) When I cleaned out my unit, everything touching the floor was water damaged at least 8 inches up. I was never given a hint there was flooding in my unit, or any unit, and needed to check for permanent damage. The man at the front is incredibly inappropriate and had threatening, aggressive behavior to me on the phone, while he saw that I was alone, late at night, leaving the property. I could go on for days about the issues I had with them. Full stop, they are unpleasant humans to do business with if an issue arises. I cannot stress to you enough to go elsewhere. Their MO tells me they will leave a smart remark below, so to hedge that I'm going to emphasize that this place is 100% not the best option in town. There are local blacklists in a couple community organizations I was a part of. This location is on those lists. There are plenty of other places that will save you a headache. I promise.
