I would give it minus 500 stars if I could. They refuse to deliver mail to my home but I have to pay a rediculous amount for a PO box that I can only access 3 hours a day minus weekend and holiday and whenever they forget to unlock the doors. Then have to pay for mail that was forwarded. The scam perpetrated by this office even exceeds that of the usps, and I didn't think that would be possible.
