They have a sign that says they are open until 2 pm on Saturdays. Google says they are open until 2 pm on Saturdays. They ALSO have a sign saying effecting August of 2023 they close at noon on Saturdays. Fix your hours online and take down the other sign please.

This location is permanently closed. There is limited postal service available at the Hy-Vee service counter just up the street at 29th and Wanamaker.

Would want to give 0 or even negative if possible. They never want to scan items at the point of pickup. Hence lots of packages went missing for no reason. Absolutely worst!!!

Mail carrier didn’t knock on our door for us to sign for package… we were at home waiting. Now the next day I go to the post office at 10 when they open and they still aren’t open at 1020.Edit: 1047 nobody is there and still closed

If you need help regarding a lost package, good luck. Have called repeatedly for the last 2 days and NO ONE will answer the phone. Doesn't matter what time of day it is, they WILL NOT answer.

Staff at this location is very rude. It's a post office that doesn't sell postage. How odd is that when I grew up a post office always sold postage. Very discouraging that you don't even list this in the update or the app. When you search post office. She told me to go over to Hy-Vee. They sell postage. I've done driven to three different places to buy postage for a simple package in Topeka. This is ridiculous and then you wonder why people don't mail things!

Countless problems with packages not being delivered at all when I'm always home I work from home and every time I call them they say oh you have to come pick it up I work 7am to 5pm it's impossible for me to come pick up packages. My carrier always says they can't deliver due to the leasing office being closed but I call them every time I have to have something big delivered so that way I can come get it from them. I see them every time they come here. There's only been a couple times where this has been successful and I've gotten my package on time one time I had to wait 3 weeks to get my package because they kept trying to deliver it to the leasing office here at my apartment complex instead of just giving it to me they have my phone number yet they neglect to call me even though I was told due to special circumstances at the place I live they would do so. I avoid getting things shipped through USPS Because I always pay for express shipping yet never get my items on time.

The folks that work here go so far above and beyond. They are so lovely and helpful!! I used to work for the Post Office, these people are amazing...and sadly don't the credit they deserve.Be patient, they are good people

They don’t sell postage here? Per sign in front door.I got my items, my twins, the limo (stroller) all out of the car… just to find I can’t buy the stamps I need. Awesome.
