The team:
1. Oz, the Toyota representative who helped us is 5 star awesome. Like he stayed with us an extra 45 minutes after the dealership closed and we purchased our vehicle. I told him to go home but he wanted to make sure we had all questions answered about our vehicle, got our app hooked up to the vehicle, explained every function of the car. Super patient and awesome to work with. Oh and he also called back with answers to questions we had about the vehicle and he called us up with updates on where our vehicle was from the factory to the dealership.
2. Dakota - he works in finance. This guy is the guy you want. Extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. Normally this is the part of the car purchasing process that I dread. Where I am most on guard, but I thought his insight and advice was spot on. He even got me a better rate than my bank by like 1/2 a percent.
3. Barb - the title clerk: we registered our car for Texas. And she was able to answer our questions on the Texas form. She was super sweet and responsive to texts.
If I were you, I would ask to work with these people by name. There were great. If I wasn’t here in KC temporarily, I’d easily come back to buy my next vehicle from them.”

“Great customer service Marnie is really nice and she works well with you the vehicle I got from her was great the only problem I had with it was it would over heat all the time and the heater in the car didn’t work went to take it to a mechanic to get it diagnosed they said the water pump would need to be changed and I was going to do that but ran into financial problems so I ended up giving the car back to them tbh wish I never did because I kinda miss it but I would go back if would allow me”
