I dont want to give any star to this branch but to do this review I have to choose at least one.I stopped at these branch today to add my husband to my account when one of the tellers asks how he can help me and i told him what was the reason for my visit. He looked like he wanted to help me when a young woman, I don't know if she is a cashier or a manager, told him that they were about to close in 10 minutes with a very rude attitude; that we had to return the next day because they were about to close. Where is the good customer service? This woman was never friendly, on the contrary, with a very rude attitude all the time. I wonder, is this the first time I have opened an account with this bank and is that how they treat us? She was more concerned with leaving at her scheduled time than anything else. No exceptions to help the customer. It is more important to leave at her scheduled work time than to retain the client. and it was my first time. Now I wonder? if I want to continue to have business with this bank with people as rude as that employee. I believe persons like that will need take a CSR training to learn what is good Customer Services mean.

Great service and great agents, sometimes we forget that the workforce has a shortage today we all need to be a little more patient, it will get better, let us all take a deep breath and breathe a little slow. ?

Slowest drive thru service ever…. Every time for years. 14 minutes with one person in line before me is too long! Took my check to deposit, walked away from the drive they window, now helping a customer inside. Terrible service.
