I'm extremely thankful to the employee (can't remember her name and I'm kicking myself for it) that took care of me when returning my COX router that was sent to me on accident. She not only knew exactly what to do with the router, but she knew how to do it fast and with a positive attitude. I swear I was in and out in 5 minutes. This saved me from waiting in line at the COX store for what would have probably taken an hour while I wait for someone to pick out a phone or upgrade their service. Extremely pleased with the speed and knowledge at this location.

I moved to Topeka a year ago. And since ive moved here, this has been the worst experience with getting things taken care of. Notary services… having been turned away after waiting for 30 & 45 mins in a line. Shipping has been inconsistent each time ive returned.

This review is not about the staff. Went in to get finger prints done and the first thing the lady said was “hopefully it doesn’t give you any issues”. It stopped working half way through. We drove an hour to get there and paid $65 for it not to work. Complete waste of time and the staff knew it didn’t work. Why even offer that service? Obviously it’s not her fault, she can’t control what UPS offers but you would think that a big company like that would have working equipment!

The staff is hit & miss. I have been in there and they are all great & helpful. Then other times go in and they do want to give you the time of day. The reason for my rating is quite simply that the place is ALWAYS PACKED! Expect to wait in a long line. Why corporate (or whomever) doesn't open another location in a bigger city, is beyond me.

I went to the UPS store because I needed to have documents notarized. The atmosphere was fabulous. The employees were cheerful and helpful. Smooth jazz was playing that only enhanced the atmosphere. And the person who notarized my documents - Jaden or Naden - was precise in his directions to me and a joy to work with. I highly recommend.

I've gone to this location a few times in the past with decent experiences however stopped by to drop off a package with a line of people inside. While waiting, staff rudely pointed towards their self help kiosk which I have no experience using nor was I aware that they were available to use. Did not know what to do with my package as the instructions said to drop off at designated area. Tried to take my package up to the desk just for an employee to rudely say to leave it there at the self help kiosk.

There was a line, but it moved quickly. The people working were very friendly. The music was AMAZING. I caught the end of Backstreet boys, a whole spice girls song, Sandstorm(!!!) And as I was leaving radiohead was coming on. Basically if you are young gen X or elder millennial, this should be your only shipping store.

It was my first time taking something to the UPS Store and when I didn’t know what to do the employees looked at talked to me like I was dumb. Instead of showing or telling me what I needed to do, they made me feel foolish for even coming in to the store so I left and drove 20 miles to the Lawrence location and they were so nice and helpful. I’m sure this location could be great if there were different employees that weren’t so rude and nasty.
