3 times now, a package was sent to me via UPS & UPS has been unable to deliver it RIGHT HERE IN TOPEKA! I received a phone message to call UPS with no tracking number. A STUPID COMPUTER JUST KEEPS REPEATING "I CANNOT TRANSFER YOU UNTIL I KNOW WHY YOU ARE CALLING." No matter how many times you say "customer service!" Let me stop what I'm doing to go look up some email that I didn't know to look for because UPS is too incompetent to deliver a package to a residential address in a city in 2024. ... I love their drivers: I HATE this corporation!

I needed to return some Amazon items, but was politely told I needed to be go to the location at 39th & Wanamaker. A bit inconvenient but not their fault. They go close from 1 to 3 every day if you do need to go to this location. Good to know in advance.

Can't call them to track a package because they're automated message system is so messed up that it doesn't actually respond or even register that you're saying anything delivery service sucks expected a insurance check between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. and I'm waiting until my bank closes to get my check if it doesn't arrive today I will be going down and getting my check from a real person standing there so I can scream at them

contacted UPS for a claim that I was suggeted to submit by UPS and once I submitted the claim they investigatedall to say I did everything correct very and UPS sends my money back to the sender . and I stressed that the sender refuses to send it back to me so why would UPS send my money l to the sender when I'll never receive it, and the words of UPS is its out of there hands they'll send it back to the sender I said but I'm the one filing the claim. and the sender refuses to contact me so why would you give my money to the person that refuses to contact the receiver of the package to begin with. So I said to UPS so me as the receiver is out of the loss package and my money and that's unfair for a person that took time to file a claim. so there is no point of you UPS having a claim department.because you don't handle anything
