These Guys are FANTASTIC!. I have 50+ year old vehicle. The transmission is no longer manufacturered and parts are VERY hard to find. I had three other transmission shops tell me they could not be bothered sorting it out. Topeka Trans took on the project, found the parts (which was not easy), and charged a very reasonable price. I would HIGHLY reccomend them for any transmission problem.

Courtesy service, they check my car out nothing wrong with it and had the transmission fluid change. They are there to help you out and explain what they need to do.

Doyle and the team came to the rescue! When briggs quoted me $2,300 to get back on the road, Topeka Transmission got me squared away for just a fraction of the cost. The whole team was super kind throughout the whole process, and Doyle was even kind enough to show me exactly where the concern areas of my vehicle were. I highly HIGHLY recommend this group. Of course, the hope is to never have to bring a vehicle in for transmission work — but now I know where to go first if I ever have another problem.

Took my '17 Ford Edge in for a routine xmission service. I had a minor issue with it the following day, took it back in expecting an argument like everything seems to be these days, but instead they got me in and fixed immediately and an apology.
Very impressive. I'll be back and recommend them for excellent customer service.

The only place to take your vehicle for transmission service in the Topeka and surrounding area. Locally owned, honest with fair pricing. It doesn’t get any better. I was born and raised in Topeka. I moved away 20 years ago. Back in town visiting family a couple days before July 4th holiday and I got a strange warning message on my Suburban to shut the car down because the transmission was over heating. Took it in the next day and they diagnosed and fixed it all on the same day. These guys are awesome!

My husband and I were in KC on a long road trip when our transmission in our motorhome decided not to go into 3rd. Our friends suggested Topeka Transmission and we are so glad they did! We had it towed there. Other local places cold not give us any idea if they could help us out or how long it would take to get a transmission replacement if needed. This place had us back on the road with a little over 48 hours of having our motorhome. And they saved us money!!! All the staff was truly kind to us and made us feel like they were family working on our motorhome.

I have taken many cars here for transmission service on multiple cars, from my old edge, mercedes, VW etc. multiple times, Doyle is an honest mechanic i can trust my business too, and he breathes transmissions trust me, so i never have to question whether or not to be weary. He's a good guy and will always make things fair, he's never once treated me bad or price gouged like these other shops are starting to do. Highly satisfied for years.

I've been going to Topeka Transmission for nearly 20 years. This is the only shop I'd let touch a transmission. They know their stuff, are honest, and the people are all pleasant.

My car was in a wreck with a dog. Got the body work all done and then had fluid leaking out of the clutch. Turned out to be a bad slave cylinder. Working with the body shop they did not want to admit they had missed anything but I ended up doing the work myself. Durning me working on the car I noticed I had a broken in two pieces transmission mount which would lead to believe this would have been caused by an accident. Every time I called them even though they did not make a dime off this deal they helped with diagnosing the issues and even after I fixed the car very willing to help and talk to me to give advice to help fight the insurance company who does not want to pay. Absolutely outstanding costumer support. If I ever have transmission problems I will absolutely be using them. Thank you for your help!
