AMAZING! Our truck broke down on a cross country trip from CO to VA. Towed the truck and had major mechanical issues fixed the next day! I just took my car over to top auto last week. They were able to get to get me in the same day and look over my car. The communication they had with me the entire was top notch. I feel whenever I go to a car shop they don’t really give me updates or communicate with about going on with my car. Joey did both and I felt really satisfied with that. When he finished looking over my car he sent me pictures and explained what was going on with my car. The app or system he uses for payment is really nice too. I was able to pick and choose what I wanted fixed right now and not pressured to pay and get everyone done. I just picked my car up today and it hasn’t ran this smoothly or sounded this nice since I got it 5 years ago. He’s up front with the cost and I felt like he wasn’t charging me and arm and a leg. I’m very satisfied with the whole experience.
