The receptionist that answered my call about my daughters tire was extremely professional and caring.
The Lugnuts on my daughters tire were over torqued last time it was there a few months ago. Which none of the service technicians that came to try to change the tire were able to get it off because of that.
I didn’t know what to do which is why I reached out to them since that’s where my daughters car was last. They kindly sent one of their guys where my daughters car was to get the lug nuts off. Matt was God sent he came out of his way 30mins before Harold’s closed to do this for my daughter at no charge.

“Helped us order replacement tires that were half the price as quoted elsewhere. Had some problems because I lost the key for the rim lock but they overcame all of the challenges. They found a key at another shop, found four replacement lug nuts and got me on my way without me having to lift a finger. They made the entire situation as low stress on me as possible. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and professional. The shop, outside compound and office was kept very clean.”

“This tire shop is very good. The gentlemen and boys who work there are very professional and experts in tire services. They were very good to me, and my truck was 100%! The place was full when I arrived but they served me quickly. Get there early if you can. Oh my, they put 4 new tires on me and balanced them. The price, to every mother!! Very happy! I brought my tires, but they sell them there too. And very good. Speak to them, and ask.

They are always honest, professional, and very clear if something needs to be done during the initial inspection. I trust their judgment more than I trust most dealerships.
