Big shout out to SpringHill Suites by Marriot. Our room was top of the line. The bed linens are clean and smell wonderful. Im not sure who Darci is but she cleaned our room and left a thank you note for choosing SpringHill. Well thank you Darci, we loved our stay here and will definitely return. The location was easy to find, and is located by the theater and so much more entertainment. If you come to Topeka, you must give this place a chance.

Front desk staff was not that friendly, and the "heated pool" was freezing cold. Sad we didn't get to swim. Breakfast and exercise room was nice though.

My son and I chose this hotel because of its new build, my son has very serious mold allergies and can’t stay in older hotels. Our home is currently under going big renovations and we were looking to get away for a few days to rest and recover…..This has by far been the worst experience at a hotel in my entire 44 years of staying in hotels…..and that’s been all over the country!If I could leave a -1 star review of this hotel I absolutely would!We arrived to find that our double queen room had been sold to a walk-in just before we got there, they were completely sold out now.We were offered the king suite at half price but needed the double beds, so not really a good trade. It was late, we were exhausted, so we decided to make the best of it and prayed for a decent pull out bed. When we entered the room we found toothpaste residue and hair in the bathroom sink and on the toilet! The sheets had not been changed but instead re-made, they had make-up and hair on them.The chemical smell of detergent almost knocked our socks off!Adding insult to injury I woke to find my bank had called saying I may be in danger of fraudulent activity because the hotel charged me half price at check in but changed the charge to full price when management came in that morning.And as if all that’s not bad enough the cleaning staff is absolutely horrible!They slammed doors, banged on walls, ran the vacuum into the walls!And when asked if there was anyway to keep the banging down, after four hours of trying to get any sleep at all, I was told I don’t sign paychecks and can’t ask them to be respectful of the paying customers in the hotel!So I give this hotel a -1 star and will not be returning.(The management did fix my bill but the rest is history)

We made a reservation last minute, but everything was amazing. The room was clean and on a high floor. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We will return.Rooms: Clean, great shower with hot water, and the bed was so comfortable.

Best hotel in topeka, hands down. Very clean, comfortable beds, very friendly staff, great location, pool, hot breakfast is the best I've had at any hotel. Business computers, bar, vending, movie theater next door, plenty of food options right next to you.

Room was pretty good had one broken light in it. Service was not good late check in on a mobile check in and when called the 2nd day about towels was told we had to come get them due to them being the only one working even though when I went to get towels from the desk they were talking to someone in the back so they just didn’t want to walk to the room

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff. So glad we stayed here.

Man at the front desk was rather rude and impatient. I was told nothing was available even though you can book online and the parking lot was half empty. Then he couldn't even point me in the direction of another hotel without being rude. ? Calm down with the attitude if you're going to work a front desk job at a 2 star hotel.

Location very good and vicinity to other things good. Clean rooms and rest of hotel Staff nice. Morning staff more professional as Night crew disappeared randomly. No trash bags in trash cans, very inconvenient. Breakfast good. Pool very nice.

This was a comfortable and quiet hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. I was there for a week and the observed the hotel lobby to always be clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. They serve breakfast in the morning with some minor changes from.day to day. This location is about 15 minutes from the downtown Topeka area and you are pretty close to the many amenities on the other side of the highway.

Beds and rooms were comfortable, not many parking spaces due to construction on the adjacent lot. Breakfast was horrible!! No eggs, bacon, sausage or waffles. Just pre packaged Breakfast sandwiches from Sam's that were heated on burners..very disappointed with Breakfast choicesWalkability: Close walking distance to movie theater, coffee shop and Spin Pizza
