They are fantastic. Their head mechanic is a wonderful bull dog of a guy who won't give up on a problem. I knew I came to the right place after I met with him. I had two problems no other mechanics could figure out.He is the man. Thanks Shorey. Will recommend you to everyone. You guys are real American know how. And your head guy is something special. Keep him. He's no ordinary mechanic.

Mark was super helpful to work with. It ended up being a battery issue, so I didn't take my truck in to the shop, but Mark sent a great tow company to help me out. He even called me later in the day to make sure I was taken care of, which was beyond kind. I will 100% take my vehicles to him in the future.

Great mechanics that are honest. I have referred several people and they have all been pleased. I recently went in and Mark was able to fix my issue at no charge. I will continue to recommend and return to Shorey Automotive.

My car fob wouldn’t talk to my car. I was stuck in the heat. Went inside the restaurant I had been in to wait for my daughter. A wonderful man was leaving he asked how my day was. I told him good until my car wouldn’t start. He said I can fix that quick. He did!! then he showed me things about my fob I never knew. The battery in it was new. As he was leaving I noticed the back of his pretty shirt. It said Shorey Automotive! I would go to them in a heart beat! Many blessings to him!

My wife Brought in our 2008 chevy uplander To diagnose an altonnator problem. They insisted that it was a bad pulley and needed $108 for removing the Serpentine belt and looking it over Otherwise we wouldnt get our vehicle back and told us it was going to be $250 To replace the bad pulley. I don't know much about cars but something didn't seem right I Argued with them And they told me to come pick up the keys and the car free of charge after Getting the vehicle home and inspecting it myself the Serpentine belt was cracking and The grooves on the belt Was worn out After replacing the serpentine belt for $50 the noise was gone and the problem was fixed! I DO NOT recommend this Mechanic shop So be careful AND stay safe everyone! ? ?

They were one of the few able to work on new Air conditioners. They fixed it for what I was quoted and it worked great. Very professional, clean place.Will definitely be back when I need something else.

Extremely knowledgeable mechanics! They genuinely care to help customers get back in their cars with the most cost efficient deals possible. Extremely professional, affordable, conscientious and effective. They were the best quote out of 3 local shops, were honest in diagnosing the issue, and were able to resolve my issue without adding any extra or "unexpected" costs or issues. Coming from Atlanta I know just how hard it is to find a good honest mechanic shop, and I can honestly say Topeka is blessed to have these guys. I plan on having them do the rest of my work while I'm up here because I want quality work done before I move to my next state.

Came in for ticking sound in rear tire. Very helpful took it for a test drive found a nail that was rubbing on the road. Didn’t charge me anything and told me to come back if I need anything else. Would highly recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've had a heck of a time with vehicle repairs this year in my family. My spouse has had his vehicle in the shop, just as long as Ive had mine. I visited another shop first, that I wasn't that thrilled with.A neighbor of mine recommended I visit these guys and I can't tell you how happy I am, that I did.I had a very problematic issue with my Transmission, and to be honest, these guys fixed it to where it's running better than when I bought it.Appreciate you and I'll be back for future business.Services: Transmission

Was traveling across country when my car broke down in Topeka. I drive a smart car and it’s sometimes difficult to find someone to work on it. Not only were these guys so nice, but they had my car fixed and back to me within a day ! Life savers ! Definitely recommend !!!

They used a handheld computer to check a maintenance light that would not go out. Finally reset it and said to come back if it came on again while driving. I was very pleased with their service.

I have never used a business with more integrity, knowledge, or care, than Shorey Automotive. I wont bore you with a long story but I brought Mike and his crew a disaster of a neglected van that I havent driven in 10 years. The amount of work it took to get it back in tip top shape was ridiculous but they tackled it head on and made it like new again. Nothing about this repair was a mystery. Mike contacted me personally and keep me in the loop the entire time. He explained everything clearly and was always available to answer questions and address concerns. I cannot say enough about Shorey Auto. The prices are fair, the care is genuine, and I will never go anywhere else after this...If you are wondering where to take your vehicle or are looking for a shop you can trust, call Mike and his team.
