“I needed to return some Amazon items, but was politely told I needed to be go to the location at 39th & Wanamaker. A bit inconvenient but not their fault. They go close from 1 to 3 every day if you do need to go to this location. Good to know in advance.”
“This location is a superior post office. They sold me stamps. They had three windows going at the time that I was there. Although I had a little bit of a wait, it was clear to me that everyone was working hard to get people through the line quickly. Very professional and very nice. “I am very overwhelmed with my postal service I recently moved to a new location never seen my post man or woman but I received a phone call coming from my home the call was about verifying myself before she even thought about putting mail in my box or handling it over to the person opening the door the postal person went beyond she made sure a check was secured into the right hand it really bought tears to my eyes thank you post person thank you for going beyond.”
“My Priority Mail package got caught in a “looping” in the Kansas City KS Distribution Center (just kept going around and around on a conveyer and never to a truck) I went in to the Lyman Road facility to ask about it. Penny kindly took me seriously. Over the next several days Craig kept me posted while John emailed and called Kansas City until someone stopped the conveyer, retrieved the package and sent it on its way. Thank you for your kind and persistent customer service!”

“Fast load as usual. Good people here. Took them a bit to get started on me but I don't think I was there more than 90 minutes. Not much room to park for check in so have your numbers ready when you show up. Office is at the center of the building.They'll reciprocate politeness with politeness. I like going there, ' bought said.”
“I had an excellent delivery service from the Estes team. They were upfront about issues that occurred prior to me receiving my order, gave me instructions on how to report any issues as necessary (hard to tell what might happen with 3 pallets of tile), and provided clear communication regarding the delivery date and time.”
“The clerks were very nice. The first helped me select the right box to ship my item in which turned out to be smaller than I had guessed which of course cost less. Then she told me she had to charge me for the tape to seal it, but then remembered she had roll another patron left behind and let me use that at no charge. When I was done taping my package, another clerk came to ring me up and he was also very nice.”

So I found another UPS store which is on 29th and Gage Blvd. I was so glad to see a kiosk where you can skip a long line and easily drop off for customer’s convenience. From today it will be my favorite and convenient location to use.”
“I've been to this post office at least a half a dozen times over the last 3 months and I've always had a good experience, each time handled by 'Catherine' who's obviously totally focused, knowledgable and cares about her customers. She's aware of the line out front and who's standing in it. Yesterday she actually asked a man to leave until he could wear a required mask, he was way down the line and I was amazed she even saw him as busy as she was. (He returned shortly wearing one.) She also advised me once that I was using a regular Priority Box and that I could use a Flat Rate box instead to save money. I can't see behind the wall at the front counter, but I can tell these guys are bust'n their butts getting it done –at least her. I know it's not across the board because I've heard the horror stories in other places, but like most other frontline workers, I know they're probably overworked more than other government workers, so I try to give 'em a break by being as pleasant and patient as possible. Honestly, I don't know how they do it. Anyway, big kudos to Catherine. She's a credit to her profession.”
