Earlier this year I bought a used non-Honda vehicle at Sharp. The vehicle appeared to be in good shape, but before I bought the vehicle my Honda sales rep Tom reported they had brought the vehicle to the Nissan dealer shop to fix a few hundred dollars worth of repairs to address a check engine light before selling the vehicle. The vehicle had over 100k miles and several years old so was well passed any Nissan warrantee. A couple of hours and some dollars later, I was driving the vehicle off the lot after a super easy buying process. 5 miles down the road, the check engine light came on. I called Tom and reported the light on, he said to bring it back no questions asked. Their shop looked at it and gave me a loaner, I picked it back up when they were done, and the same light came back up again about 30 miles down the road. This wasn't the last time. All in all I think I brought my vehicle back to Sharp Honda 4 times for the same engine light error over a span of 2 months(Which happened to be a EVAPS error code, not something critical to the vehicle's performance). Each time they coordinated to get the vehicle in Nissan's shop, gave me a loaner for a couple of days until the issue was fixed, and never looked at me askance when I kept coming back in for the same issue. Although it was a bit inconvenient to bring my vehicle in several times for the same issue, the issue really wasn't the dealership's fault. I really appreciated Tom's friendliness and professionalism, the team's willingness to assist me, and the chance to take extended test drives with some really nice Honda vehicles- all for a used non-Honda vehicle buyer. Because of the service I received at Sharp Honda I am seriously considering purchasing a new Honda whenever I phase out my old daily driver.

I can't say how amazing the staff at Sharp Honda in Topeka is, from sales to service, the people here are amazing. Robbie/Joel and the entire service department always take care of me! My 2022 Honda was having battery issues where it wouldn't start in Chicago, took it to the dealership in downtown Chicago just under 36000 miles and they said they checked it out and as soon as I got back home I had the same issue. Took it to MY Honda dealership now 80miles OVER my warranty, but they honored it knowing that I was under when I tried to get it fixed the first time. These guys are amazing and I won't take my car anywhere else!

Fast, efficient service in a well-appointed facility. Repair bays and customer greeting areas look like they were built yesterday! Neat and orderly. Service tech and staff easily communicate repair specs and procedures. We had an emergency repair to keep us on the road and it was done quickly. Would recommend enthusiastically!

I’d like to thank Sharp Honda and their incredible staff and employees. We were able to trade our car in and buy a new car within 1 hour and 30 minutes, talk about a dream! We love our new Honda Pilot, and I hope whoever buys our trade in Pilot loves it as much as we did. Honda family for life! ?

As a dealer, they can charge as they wish, and acknowledge themselves that they charge “Market” prices. Likewise, I can choose to pay those prices or not. My issue with Sharp Honda, is that if I request a QUOTE on a vehicle, and I am emailed an iPacket with a price, that this would be the price I would expect to pay. Not have it be, that when I call to check on availability, that they say, well actually it’s almost $4,000 more expensive, because that’s what they are able to sell them for. I will say after haggling, they did me the “favor” of dropping it to just $900 over what they quoted me. Check out Honda of Olathe before paying these guys a bunch of extra money for the same thing. Great team there, and you don’t feel like you’re getting swindled. But if you do have to go to Sharp Honda for some reason, make sure you haggle, because they will come down a lot. Should tell you everything you need to know about the dealership.

I actually drove down from Kansas City to make a new purchase here after my car got totaled out. They were so sweet and met me at Enterprise where I could return my rental car insurance was paying for from the wreck and helped drive me to the dealership to sort out paperwork for the new car. There was an unexpected gap before the new car was ready and they graciously allowed me to drive their loaner home until they had the car ready for me. As a single mom with no family after a horrible unexpected wreck that was sooo nice!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Honda. From the salesman to the finance guy everyone was so friendly, welcoming and made a bad, unexpected situation feel so much better.

My husband and I drove 2 hours from Missouri to Kansas for a 2023 honda odyssey I had my eye on. I probably called 10 Honda dealers all over and Sharp was the easier to deal with and had exactly what I wanted.

Never have I dealt with a car dealership that values its customers AND employees alike. We came in at 5:00 unknowing that the dealership closes at 5:30 (unheard of in the car industry, most dealerships make their guys stay around until 8:00-9:00 at night), and Ryan and his managers ended up staying 3 hours over until we drove back to Kansas City with the new car. Not once did we feel rushed, only welcomed!Sharp Honda has a new loyal customer here! Excellent customer service and great value is what we experienced at Sharp Honda yesterday.
