I drove 45 minutes to this location because there’s not Sephora where I live, and I was extremely disappointed with the poor service, there was two girls working the evening of 12/03, and they just kept talking to each other behind the cash register, Completely unaware of us and other customers… Not once did they greet me or asked if I needed help (which I did), I ended up walking out and not buying what I needed due to the lack of good customer service.

Kohl's in Topeka always has a large selection of merchandise. I am never in the store that there are not multiple people straightening merchandise and returning items to the shelf from dressing rooms. Nice associates. Very pleased with merchandise quality and sales. Love it!
