I called for service on March 4th as they advertised same day service. The first technician arrived a week later and diagnosed the problem as a faulty pump and ordered the part. After another week a different technician arrived and said it was not the pump, that there was a hole in the drain hose and ordered the part. My washer was finally fixed on March 21st. So much for same day service. I had to go to the laundromat twice while waiting for my washer to be serviced.

I had two technicians come out and all they wanted to do was to replace my ice maker. There were several things the manufacture suggested we try but they would not entertain anything outside of paying for a new ice maker.

My technician was great. He was polite and came in and got the work done. The process however was not so great. My appointment was changed a couple times without my consent. However I am fixed and that’s what was important.

The techs completed the job satisfactorily today; however this was the 3rd scheduled appointment. The first 2 appointments were no shows & no calls AND then the company tried to say that they arrived and we didn’t answer the door. We have a Ring doorbell and no one drove in our drive. My husband was home all day both times. In addition, it had snowed and there were no tire tracks or footprints in the snow leading to our house! I really do not appreciate them trying to blame the 2 missed appointments on us!! Bad business!

Today was the sixth time that you came to my house. My washer still doesn't work!!! The inability of front line staff to make the necessary repairs is ridiculous. But that pales in comparison to your company hiding behind an "offshore customer service". I hope that this feedback catches your attention and encourages you to take care of my broken washer. I'm in a wheelchair having to drag all that stuff back and forth to the laundromat, that is expensive and you are causing me to have increased physical pain.The real Sears, from back in the day, would have never treated a customer like this. Shame on you.

Sears has some nerve! First, this is the 5th time for them to try and fix my stove. All of those days we have had to miss work to wait for the technicians.Today the estimated arrival was 952 am. It is now 1:48 pm and still no repairman. The app says he is at our house but he is not.Now sears has the balls to ask me to rate a service encounter that has not occurred.I could not rate my overall experience low enough. From the infuriating inability to talk to anyone to the incompetence of the repairmen when they finally do get there.I run a very successful service oriented business and I would have gone bankrupt years ago with this level of incompetence and complete lack of care for the client.It’s sad to see sears name attached to this.A follow-up.Sears seems to think that their service tech was at my house and worked on my stove. I suspect he was napping in his truck or playing golf. He damn sure never came to my house

Dryer went out April 26. I contact my policy holder AMERICAN HOME SHIELD and they sent Dear out, three days later. Part ordered The last of the three parts came June 26th. Sears cannot return to fix the repair till JULY16th.!!!!!According to AHS contact after waiting 21 DAYS (which would have been 27th MAY) a layout of replacement is two be made. I contacted Sears 6 time in last 2 month+ and American Home Shield 12 times.2 and 1/2 MONTHS later still no dryer!!!!!!!Not one call back from AHS or SEARS about this problem!!!!l

Was a very easy and a quick fix on my television.The technical service man was very respectful and courtesy.
