Great place to shop cheaper buying bulk the staff is so helpful and friendly got me what I needed in a timely manner and they were courteous really like the scan and go especially for the cafe order what you will and you get to go to the fast lane and don't have to stand in line and wait a long time Thank You Sam's Club Topeka Kansas!!!!

I LITTERLY am never one to leave negative reviews but this just caught me off guard. I was just calling while making lunch to try and figure out how to cook one of there chickens with ZERO directions and a guy in meat and deli said to me exactly " um how can I say this that's not our responsibility...!" I wasn't rude or anything just simply asking a question ? and I was completely taken back by the lack of customer service. I said excuse me ? And he said yeah that's what I said. Then I simply asked to speak to a manger and he hung up on me. Probably should pay attention to the treatment your workers are giving because that's SERIOUSLY uncalled for ?

Ordered for my elderly mom and disabled sister and the cashier "Lori" was very rude and dismissive and rolled her eyes. I understand they were busy but not okay to talk to customers that way. My mother felt rushed off the line. Another cafe worker Raul was very friendly and helpful.

I hadn’t been in this store in a while. It’s the same, as clean and organized as I remember it, and the same as other Sam’s in which I have been. It’s both for businesses and for individuals. One can find many things that are not packed in bulk but as single items like clothes and books among other things. I have found good prices. For example, books of good quality, comparing with other stores, they are not as expensive, especially children’s books.
I like the variety of what you can find, with good quality, in everything… school and office supplies, clothing, electronics, food, household, toys and books, and more.

Needed help with an item that I had insurance on but could not get any help from all state which Sam's club used. Thanks to Wanda and manager Becky who went above and beyond to make sure the item was replaced. They were able to get the same piece of Jewelry replaced within 2 days. Held it and contacted me to come pick it up. Great customer service!
