I have been giving perms for years. They have ALWAYS come w wrapping papers. I bought a perm last week and set a time for perm . Lady' showed up, payed , shampooed hair. I opened the perm. There were not ANY wrapping papers. I didn't have any reason to buy extra. I could NOT do the perm. I lost business. The lady needed the perm and went elsewhere.. I was piiiiiiissssseeeed.

Employees failed to ask if I needed any assistance but did so with everybody else in the store. Spent 20minutes trying to find the right hair color and when I was finished I stood at the front waiting for the cashier to get to the register. Old lady with short curly hair and glasses then went to cash register besides the one I was standing at while holding a basket full and my toddler on my hip. Avoids eye contact and then tells the woman behind me that she could help her. I grabbed my basket and put it on her counter and she looks at me like I had cut in line and I was standing there clearly waiting. Made it known i had been standing there. She had an attitude and Kept it very short while ringing me up. Poor customer service skills and some obvious racism.

I love all the ladies that work here! They are always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.One young lady, I don't recall her name, was working 3/10/22 at about 11am blonde hair, some green and blue highlights. She was fantastic! I had gotten impatient and messed up and yucked up my color, went in to find a corrective solution that wouldn't totally fry my hair.She got me set up with everything I needed, explained the how-to's and how each product worked.Got home, followed the steps she recommended with the product she also recommended. My hair is looking pretty great, I have a few spots I need to touch up, but so much happier with how it is now than how it was before!Thank you ladies you're always awesome and very much appreciated!

When I first started dying my hair I was able to ask the staff for recommendations and they did a great job explaining to me what I would need and how to use it. When I returned they remembered me and asked me about how it went. Super friendly staff, would recommend!

This was a nice place to stop at, but I tried calling before I went in. Their phone does not work, and that is why I knocked the rating down. Please get your phone fixed so people are able to call and ask questions before they go to the store!
