My appointment was scheduled for the afternoon and the auto tech never showed. He called at 8pm saying he was overbooked, wouldn’t make it, and that I would need to reschedule.

Easy to place an appointment online. The staff is very professional, courteous, and friendly. The location is easy to access. The place is very clean. If you decide to wait there for the job to be completed, the waiting area is comfortable enough. Just bring your coffee ☕️Update: No need to bring your coffee!! They do have an excellent variety of coffee, and the keurig type machine uses filtered water ? ?

Overrated and over pay is what you’ll get from these people. I recommend eagle auto glass if your around the Topeka area.

Extremely poor customer service, and way over priced, there are alot better options. Don’t know how this location stays in business. They have a nasty reputation wish I listened when I was told that. Also they are horrible at keeping appointments if you need it fixed right away go somewhere else. If you want rude customer service and have a week to wait after they cancel several times then this is your place, seriously read the other reviews wish I would have.

I went in on Thursday to have my window wrapped until they could get repair fixed. I went in today for the actual repair. When the guy took off the wrap he wasn’t careful and went too fast and ripped off my paint on my door. All they wanted was the payment for the window and told me to call back tomorrow for what they did to my paint. I will not be using them anymore. I am livid. They need to fixed my paint. Be careful when using them .

The people here were absolutely wonderful, the service and detailed to my vehicle was great. Definitely a place to take your vehicle for windshield or any glass repair.
