Gate is broken, leaving the location unsecure.
They will lock your unit before your due date.
Was a good place for storage, new management is a complete joke. Do not rent a unit, do not do business with them. If you have a unit, empty it today before they decide that you need to pay next months rent for you to have access to their increasingly bad storage facility.

One of the worst! New management company is out of state. 'Property Manager' is AWOL, derelict, extremely unprofessional. Place is dirty. Gate doesn't work.

Advertise 24/7 storage facility climate controlled. 60 winter 80 summer. No lights inside unit making it impossible to see anything on your unit if it is a 10x15 even though incandescent light are on ceiling with no bulbs. Light swith with two plug-ins inoperative as they don't provide any light in the units or electricity. Noone from USA to speak with. There in Bermuda and corporation is somewhere in Pueblo. Co. No phone provided.Read the contract, they guarantee that nothing may work in your unit. Scam artists to say least. BBB = D- and been kicked off BBB for their actions. Call your Sec of State and co.plain if you have issues. Avoid Red Dot like the plague.

Gates never locked so not very secure also random numbers work for code gate hopefully they get that fixed soon.

Horrible. The “security gate” is almost always open and even when it’s not, any combination on the keypad allows access. After multiple calls, they still have not fixed the issue.

I've dealt with a lot of different storage facilities over the years, and Red Dot is at the top of my list for customer service! The whole process was very easy, and every representative I spoke with was very professional. AAA+++!!!

Its fenced in a with a personal code for each. My stuff has been safe so far and its a clean surroundings. The reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because they've raised the price significantly more than 3x this year. They want their money or they lock you out right off yet you better pray ahead of time if you think you will ever have the ability to speak to a human being. That's never going to happen. So, be stress about charges and lockouts if you must but be prepared to just go through the motions of taking care of it yourself.

It was easily accessible from the Hwy and clearly marked as how to enter the property and maneuver around the stage units. Once inside, our unit was clean and in great condition. I would recommend.

Had my unit broken into. Thats out of their hands I guess.but the following is NOT.They send emails every 4-6 months letting you know they will be increasing your rate. My rate has increased over 45% in 18 months. Rate increase in October 2020, June 2021, then August 2021, and again February 2022 of about $6 each time. Customer service is hopeless and gives insincere canned responses. "I'm sorry but I dont set the prices". Ive heard that one too many times. TAKE EVERYONES ADVICE AND LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. This kind of behavior will continue as long as nobody puts them on notice.In addition to Red Dot constantly increasing their rates, their insurance company Great American Insurance Company has also raised their rates semi annually totally 3 times since I've been a customer. Probably due to all the break-ins that happen here.
