Caught several issues others have missed, including a leaky water pump I'd been questioning my regular mechanic about for weeks, separating tread on a tire Harold's had serviced a few days before and a missing lug nut that wasn't missing or loose before I went to Harold's. We were in a pretty tight spot after our food trailer blew a tire. The tire company we had been using left us stranded over-night. We were stuck right next door to the north Topeka store. I had no tools with me, so first thing the next morning I went over and asked them if they could help us by doing something out of the scope of their everyday practice. They didn’t even hesitate. With in a short time they had come over, taken our old tire off, replaced it, and brought it back over and mounted it. They were an absolute godsend. I won’t go anywhere else from now on. When it comes to keeping my business moving they will always have my loyalty, and I wouldn’t accept or expect any less for my and my family’s car repair needs. I was pleased with my entire experience at Performance Tire & Auto on Kansas Blvd in Topeka KS. Service was friendly, prompt, and thorough. The video was exceptionally helpful in showing the degree of wear to our vehicle's wheel system. I 100% recommend this store.PS...the restroom was even CLEAN!!! Bonus points for that!

In addition to services I checked, which were oil change, tire rotation, and replacement of my cabin air filter they notified me of additional problem areas I need to address. They were personable, prompt, efficient and fair in pricing.
