So I called this place to get an estimate how much it'd cost to replace my AC compressor. I already paid another mechanic shop $140 to tell me my compressor was gone and I wanted a second option. I told the manager what I already knew was wrong and asked fro a free consultation. He said I'd get a free consultation ( I already knew what was wrong with my car. ) when I went to pick 8t up I got charged $116 I then told the manager I thought it was free he said he doesn't do free consultations to look at ACs. I wouldn't of taken my car here to waste more.money while I already knew what was wrong with my car.

I want to give a HUGE shout out and Thanks to all the guys at Padron Automotive, for doing my oil change and changing my brakes and calipers on my Venza. The ride is smooth and my brakes are working great. Just in time for winter weather and a special Thank you to Robert who got all the paper work situated and a payment plan in place for me and all the care and concern to make sure my son and I ride safely.

This place is the BEST! I needed to get my wheel hub completely replaced and I saved $250 doing it here rather than doing it at a dealership. They even let me have a free inspection to look at my wheel whereas I had to pay money at a dealership to get it looked at. This place probably did a better job fixing my wheel than the dealership would have. I even was able to get it done the day of, and didn't have to order the part whereas the dealership, I would have had to wait awhile. This place also gives you rides to and from the shop. What other place looks out for their customers like that? This place has great networking connections, fair prices, and an awesome staff. Robert is the BEST!

Was grossly overcharged for a diagnostic fee (Not for my ex exhaust which is what I asked to be diagnosed in the first place ) and five new ignition coils And which you claimed her a state of the art but they are not they’re just Motor craft- so that’s $600 for parts and it’s just standard ford ignition coil and then charged $1500 for labor?!. Over half of the ignition coils misfire the next day. If you refund me for the misfires and the diagnostic fee I will change my review- update coming soon. He said he would refund me if anything went wrong. I went to the next auto shop and they fixed my exhaust which is what I originally asked him to take a look at which he ignored. Let’s see if he actually refund me or not… The Better Business Bureau wants to know. This put my life at with my dog was having a heat stroke when I came in and he watched both of my credit cards get maxed out as I tried to pay this unnecessary high fee.. Then sent me off to Los Angeles and put me back in the dangerous situation where my car is breaking down in the heat in the middle of the secluded areas. If he does the right thing I will update if not complete scam artist preying on people having road troubles

Needed new shocks and suspension parts on my 30 years old Ranger. Drives and rides like a new car. One part was unavailable and Padron fabricated it. These guys are experienced professionals. With the cost of new vehicles this is a fabulous alternative. I would rather support my local mechanic than buy a new vehicle.
