I went into this store thinking they would have the magnum PC G3500 Starr 8 version black but they told me they didn't !!! I'm so upset with this store. I cannot believe they do not sell a simple PC. Highly recommended. Never coming back to Office Depot again! Very disappointed

Wish I l could give negative stars because this place deserves it. I was just verbally assaulted by a worker named Oscar. He shouldn't have a job at all. If you want to be treated like garbage go to this store !

My husband and I were pricing "fax only" equipment for our office. We found two possibilities: one was marked at $229.00; another sign offered one at $59.00! We went home and researched both models. SOOOOO I went back today to make a purchase. There were only 2 employees working the entire store (including the print shop!) One of them was at the front registers, (the other was in the print shop using that register.) I asked for his help with a fax machine. He said he didn't know much about them, plus he couldn't leave the front registers as he was waiting for all of them to "pull up." (I thought, "who is going to staff all of these if there are only 2 employees working here?) Anyway, I went over to the fax machines and waited for the other employee (a woman) to help me. In the meanwhile, several other customers came in needing help as well. I stood waiting another 20 minutes while the other customers (who came in after me) got the help they seem to need) -- I gave up and left, disgusted. My husband purchased one online. ?

Went to OfficeMax store number 6300 today (Sat 07/30/2022) at 1:00pm. I went to the cashier with 1 HP Black HP65XL ink cartridge with two coupons; one coupon was for 20% off selected ink and some other items and the other coupon was for earning 25% more points for "Members Reward Program". Both coupons were marked with the expiration date 07/31/2022 I asked the associate to determine which coupon would be best for this ink purchase. He tried scanning coupons and said neither would work. I asked why, and he didn't know and then tried to tell me that they were expired (there was one day left). I asked him to call his supervisor and he hmned and hawed and said he didn't know where the supervisor was. Because time had passed and there were now five people standing in line behind me, I didn't want to waste more of their time so I just called it quits. I said to the associate, "void the purchase", I left the coupons sitting on the counter and I left in a huff. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO OFFICE MAX! If they are going to send out coupons as part of the Members Reward Program, the company should program the computerized cash register to recognize the coupon and the company should train all associates in actions to take if some glitz occurs. What terrible customer service!

Customer Service is trash at this location. I called ahead to see if they could order the item I wanted. They said yes, I wasted my lunch break going over, annnnnd I got there just to be called stupid with some dude who looked like a dirty plumber screaming in my face because I asked to buy Windows 10 and didn't want Windows 11. Suddenly I'm stupid and he is a programmer and Win 11 is the greatest OS ever blah blah blah. 11 is not compatible with my art programs so as far as my needs it is useless. Anyone worth their salt at PCs would at least know to ask what you were going to use the PC for before trying to force their personal preferences on you. An actually good OS would not have compatibility issues. That OS is as bad as the customer service at this store. I will give Best Buy my money before I give you a dime.

Worst experience to have when you travel from out of town to find what you need. I have worked retail and you do not treat your customers the way we were treated. Yes my husband shouldn’t of stood on the side shelf but we saw a worker do it and yes they should’ve been more helpful than they were. You do not yell/scream at customers if you feel you have to act that way find a different job if your not happy and it was a manager that did this. You should’ve went up and said sir please don’t do that for your safety if you need something we will do better to try to help you out. But not we were scolded like children and disregarded like trash. I do not recommend this store at all I’ll stay with staples I have never been treated so poorly in a store. OfficeMax needs new management or needs to retrain their current managers on how to have customer service..

I sent an email 6 times to have it printed out for me. i was apparently speaking to a manger. She said they never got it so I sent it 6 times. She blames my internet for this. After I already sent it to a copy store down the street and picked it up I then got an email from office depo saying they finally got it. This was 30 minutes later, an email takes 5 seconds to get. Do not use print department here, Also staples is much cheaper for supplies

This store is still open even after the state has issued that all NON ESSENTIAL stores and restaurants close. This is a very serious situation and they are only interested in making money rather than protecting the lives of their workers. You put the lives of not only your employees at risk but anyone your employees live with by not shutting down. Unbelievable how much deeper the pockets of these companies go compared to their brains and hearts.
