Hands down the largest amount of choices and the best price. I went into NOTO Wine & Spirits looking for ideas on a whiskey to get my father for his birthday. One of the men on staff led me to the whiskey section and broke down the different types, foreign and domestic. I asked about the bourbons and he was just as knowledgable. I left with a bottle of Maker's 46 and father was so happy getting his gift.
