They made an appointment at 9:00am and when I got there they said they wouldn't even look at it until 12:00pm. No transportation to take me home and I had no way to get home. This is the second time I've had trouble with them. Will never go back and I hope they go out of business. They are worthless.

I bought a used car from Laird Noller and I do NOT expect a used car to be like a new car. When I bought it I was told that the car passed a multi-point inspection. If you buy a used car here, I,strongly, suggest that you take it to your own mechanic for inspection as there has been one problem after another. As a result of the overall treatment Laird Noller [excluding Jason Woolington and the Service Department] and the Laird Noller salesperson, I took off the the Laird Noller license tag and Laird Noller bracket and gave it to a salesperson to give it to the General Manager along with an email/letter and if I could have gotten off the decal, without damaging the paint, that would be gone too. I, personally, WILL NOT buy a used car or even a new car from Laird Noller. And again, if you do buy a used car from anyone have your personal mechanic check it out as I have learned the hard way and if this recommendation to use your own mechanc gives you good advice, GREAT. I was recommended Laird Noller and was very disappointed. My One Star is for the Service Department as I was pleased with Jason Woolington and his team as they treated me well.

$2226.09 for a seat part. Very great customer service...just can't afford the part on a vehicle worth $1500.00 more. Not their fault.

My old car broke down on my way to work one day and I need to buy a new one, same model, fairly quickly as I was renting a car and I drive far to go to work every day. I first considered buying a used car at a well-know dealership that is famous for not haggling, but then I started looking into new cars and I rang up all the dealerships in the Kansas City area. I was paying cash, knew what I wanted (down to the color as I surely know how to research), so I just needed to close the deal over the phone, pick up the car and go back to my daily life. Whilst other dealerships made my life unnecessary complicated for such an easy deal with back and forward haggling, this dealership with their competitive price and straight-forward negotiations, made my life VERY easy. While the others wanted me to go to the dealership to "check out the inventory" (which I already had checked out on their website!), these guys listened and were able to give me what I wanted. I insisted on having a purchase order in my inbox. I had a signed one in less than 10 minutes. They even accepted a check without it being a cashier's one (as the bank had already closed). When I picked up the car few hours later, it was ready for me, washed, with a full tank of gas, documents ready for signing. These guys know the value of time, mine and theirs and how to do business. Thanks to my salesman Nathan to restoring my faith in the car salesman with this effectiveness and politeness. Thanks also to his boss (whose name I forgot - sorry) and Makenzie because she made sure that one of sales colleague would call me. My bank account, my car and I are very happy together. Thanks! PS: To be clear, i didn't receive any freebie for this review, I found out that Hyndai provides 5 years of road side assistance, so I cancelled mine with my insurers and saved myself another 300-400 bucks over 5 years...nice!

After visiting two other dealerships, Country Hill Motors and Hendrix Toyota called and spoke to Rick. Showed up at 530 (closing time) and left with a Scion iQ. GM Christian and F & I Micheal were awesome. No pressure and the lowest interest rate that the others hadn't come close to. Beat the price of Country Motors and honored the USAA price which Country Motors would not do. Recommend you talk to this team prior to making a purchase.

Will not have anything remotely to do with any business associated with Laird Noller, went to get car fixed, they charged me for new parts, but gave me used. (Lawrence, KS )
