Was referred to mobile wave by a former classmate. Staff member was friendly and knowledgeable and offered me his expertise of what he thought could be wrong with it. Upon further investigation he figured out the problem and instead of changing parts out like I thought we’d have to do, ended up saving me money by being honest and transparent. Definitely will return if I have issues in the future!! Military friendly, great customer service, fast, worry-free experience!

I came in to have a rotary encoder desoldered from a PCB as I did not have the tools myself. It took about 3 business days and got a call that my encoder had gotten screwed up. They were honest and wanted to make things right. They offered to buy a new encoder and do the service for free. They worked with me, were patient, and did the right thing. I will continue to go back to mobile wave because of this.

Helpful and friendly. My phone was acting up and they took a quick look and we're going to repair, but when the part came in it was working fine they decided we'll wait a while longer and see if it acts up again before wasting money on a possibly unnecessary repair. Felt a lot more honest than most places who'd be quick to take your money whether or not you really needed a repair.

Mobile Wave was super friendly, fast, and high quality work. Replaced my screen, battery and put a glass protector on in under a hour. Would refer everyone with phone issues to this place!!

Been having the worst luck with my iPhone 7 plus! After these guys helped me for the first time paying fair price for screen replacement and diagnosing for any other issues! yay! I go to work and I drop my phone didn't even have it for two days!!! These awesome people who care & understand the importance of having a working phone!! Instead of charging me full price, they only charged me half of what I paid the first time!!! I highly recommend these guys! Definitely coming back!! Very knowledgeable about phones, computers, all those gadgets!!

Buyer beware. Galaxy Note 9 repair. I figured for $200 I was getting a Corning Gorilla Glass replacement outer glass. My original Samsung Corning outer glass lasted 4 years. After I paid Mobile Wave I found out their replacement was a "Premium" replacement. The replacement lasted 2 weeks. Don't trust the sales person. Read the fine print and know what you're buying.Yeah I responded with a comment to your new employee's ethnicity and his relationship with his mother to your double teaming an old man with evasive and interruptive replies. I was just trying to understand how the OEM glass lasted over four years but Mobile Waves replacement only lasted two weeks. Yeah I was a bad boy but that doesn't give you the right to shove a 68 year old man to the ground bruising my hip. Yes its on cctv.

Josh and his coworker were both very nice and knowledgeable and showed much compassion for making sure I didn’t loose my photos…which were important and irreplaceable.. he fixed my phone and screen in under 2 hours and it’s never worked better!! He’s got my vote!!

My friend recommended me the place so I took my phone in they got it repaired in a few hours. Service was quick and welcoming. If I have any problems in the future with my electronic devices definitely making sure to bring them here again.
