Upon further investigation he figured out the problem and instead of changing parts out like I thought we’d have to do, ended up saving me money by being honest and transparent. I arrived at Cricket to get things taken care of and the two ladies that were working (KAREN & CYNTHIA) went above and beyond to help me and treated me like family!!!! They helped show me how to locate my device using Google and Samsung. They were able to patiently answer every single question I had and worked with me to set up my new phone. THERE IS NO WAY they could have done better, been more knowledgable, or more kind!!! Karen and Cynthia are two star emloyees that deserve the recognition!!!! and a pay raise!!! “Tara and Cory helped me out w/my iPhone 15, I couldn't get my phone/Apps to work unless I was around WiFi, Tara helped me and thought it might be a quick fix but it wasn't-she asked Cory to help me because she was with another customer. Cory tried several things and then finally called to get more help. After looking at our family plan mine was the only one that didn't have a data plan-Cory got me all fixed up and my phone works great now!”
