Very unprofessional workers. Very ghetto. You g man helping my mom had hoodie on head didn't know if he was to to rob the place. My mom got NOTHING accomplished. Was there to pay bill and he kept talking about a code we just got hacked. Very very unprofessional. Moving my mom to another carrier. THESE young people have no honor or respect

I went down to the metro on 21 and and got a iPhone but I had troubles with so I went back right before they closed but they still helped me and stayed open a few extra minutes axel was the one that helped me by far the best customer service this will be the only place I go 10/10

Wont ever go back to that store. Had charges on my bill that I was never told about being charged for 2 months on a number that I no longer have. Currently looking for a better company thats honest.
