“I came here because I have sleep Apnea and I was a little nervous at first but the lady at the front (please forgive me I forgot your name) greeted me by name and with a smile on her face. A very warm welcome. Everything was done before I got there and it was SO EASY!!! The experience has been nothing but phenomenal. There is a reason why this place is 4.9 stars because the customer service is out of this world. The health care professional fitted me with the mask with so much attention to detail and care. I really appreciate it.

Now I came back because there was a small issue with my mask. Lucky for me Cindy the owner was there. She immediately met with me and swapped the mask without any problem/questions. I understand why this place is as amazing as it is after meeting the owner. She is the embodiment of amazing. Thank you all so much over there! I also work healthcare and I plan to send all my patients here in the future!”

“Shout out to Breathe Oxygen and Medical Supply. This weekend, we were in the tiny berg of Kiowa, KS for our annual family reunion. Kiowa is about 240-250 miles from Topeka, depending on your route. Marilyn uses a portable oxygen concentrator for trips and functions such as this. Well, it started giving us warning notifications and then promptly stopped working. Fortunately, we had her home unit for use at the motel and during the reunion, but we had no idea how to handle the return trip to Topeka. After visiting the local hospital, which referred us to a local oxygen supplier, nobody was able to assist in getting an oxygen tank for our return trip. We finally called Breathe in Topeka, our regular supplier. They tried to work a deal with the local (Anthony) supplier, to no avail. They said not to worry, they would send a driver out and deliver us tanks. lt took him about 3.5 hours. We were just finishing up our reunion festivities. He delivered four tanks, tank cart, new cannulas, and even tried to troubleshoot her portable, which was not their equipment. We are so grateful for their outstanding customer service. So sorry, I cannot remember the driver's name, but he was fantastic. I guess we all can be grateful we werrn't in San Francisco. Extra backup tanks are now on the check list.”

“The owner is pleasant and very helpful - he took additional time with me to find the best possible solution for a tray for the current walker I had at home for a loved one. He worked with me on a doable return schedule in the event the walker and/or walker trays I had purchased didn’t work out. Truly accommodating and really placed the customer’s needs first.
