I'd give a zero if I could! Drive on by! Don't even go into that place. The St. Joseph, Missouri one! DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE ESPECIALLY A MIDEA! They DO NOT stand behind it at all. Broke after less than six months! They will not repair it or take it back! So we are just out $800! The manager will not stand behind why it broke and just says they will have to do some better training with their associates. How does THAT help US with OUR situation!

Higher prices than competitors, poor service. They have been unable to mix paint for several days now, leaving me with a halfway completed living room. Will never shop there again!

Lowes should create their own name for "customer service" because that phrase absolutely does not exist here. I will pay 10 times the price of an item just to avoid going here if I have to. I have tried multiple curbside pickup orders here for somewhat large items. I checked in on the app as instructed both times, and both times I waited 20 minutes and nothing happened. So I called the phone number on the sign and someone said they would tell someone else I was there so someone else could go get the order. Long story short I had to go inside and find a person and watch that person actually get my order in order to actually get my order. I had only done curbside pickup because I was in the middle of moving to a new house and hoped it would be quicker that way, but boy I was wrong. I've also tried to get flooring there and talked to 3 different people before I found one willing to actually look for the flooring I needed. The others just said "That's not my department". The Lowes app said 150+ boxes of this flooring were in stock. The flooring guy was nice, but I found it pathetic that he walked around for 30 minutes trying to find this flooring only to tell me "Sorry I can't find it". No "but we can order it" or "let me talk to the store manager to see if we can figure out where it is". Just a blatant "sorry can't find it". I actually had several other items I was going to purchase that day but I put it all back and left l, and I refuse to ever step foot in Lowes again.

I am not a reviewer but my dearest Lowe's has earned it. Placed an online pickup order and two whole days later went to pick it up (200 miles). When I get there, they want to charge me literally $1,100 more than I originally paid. The item was on sale, yes, but the price they wanted to charge was more than the original, non sale price - they wanted to charge the case price (for 24 tiles) for EACH tile. ????. Why would they not cancel the order if the price was, supposedly, drastically wrong??? pain, lowes, you cause me pain. The silly little tile was a several hour long ordeal in the end.

My wife and I stopped to buy 4 five gallons of water. I am handicapped and we are both over 60. My wife went in and exchanged the empty bottles. She asked for help loading them and was told no. I always have give Lowe's my business over Menards and Home Depot That will be the last time I will ever shop there. I found Lowe's customer service very poor

Went to Lowe's yesterday looking for paint thinner. I had a question but couldn't find anyone working in the paint area except for two guys stocking the shelves. I asked them both to page someone, one guy went to the counter and pushed the help button. It wasn't working. I went to the self checkout, as no clerks, ask that person for help in paint. She went to call someone and told me the phones weren't working. A young lady with red spiked hair came over and said she was working in paint area. I asked her my questions and guess what , she had no idea. Bought what I thought I needed and left. Extremely irritating to shop here unless you know what you need.

Lowes customer service really sucks. I ordered a stove and refrigerator online for delivery. They didn't give us a time for delivery, we both work and are not home during the day. They showed up at the home when nobody was home, sent a text that couldn't be replied to with no contact number and said they'd wait ten minutes. When I called the store to try to reschedule delivery the guy I spoke to was very unhelpful and basically said I would just have to be home on delivery day, take a day off. He was just short of rude. I canceled the order, guess I'll try Home Depot or Menards

I had the worst experience when ordering carpet. They ordered the incorrect carpet. Tried to hide it and install the incorrect carpet. When I discovered it and contacted their office I was disconnected several times. When I finally got through was told I would receive a call back. Never did. Had to go into the store and was dismissed and told I needed to order different carpet and start the process all over. They then never confirmed the second order and failed to actually order it. Then accused me of stealing the original carpet. I demanded a refund and have now been charged twice. I have had carpet pad exposed on my flooring for over a month and they have still not resolved this. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau to report them. If I could give them a zero stars I would. Horrible experience.

In August of 2020 I paid in full for two bathroom vanity countertops,, One an expensive 82" quartz top.. It got delayed, then lost, then found, finally installed on12/07/2020,, only the side quartz pieces were damaged,, They've run me around, forgotten to order them, switched me to new people 'in charge" of the order who never called me back, spoke to the manager in March who seemed so dismayed at the run around, now it is july and i've never had a phone call, no follow up, no side pieces to finish the job. I called BBB and lowes corporate customer care and they've offered some of the labor cost back,, not the cost of the counter top because,, wait for it,, the side pieces aren't manufactured anymore so they can't replace them. but they say they've fufilled theyre responsibility because the countertop was put in place. The side gaps are too big to just caulk or tile next to the wall so, really can anyone believe this!
