If i could rate 0 i would i ordered a part for my truck and went in to pick it up and it was the wrong one so they reordered the part and when i went in to get the part they said my order was canceled plus you cant get ahold of the main desk i called the number listed and not the main desk

Customer service is pretty alright although they'll cancel your order without informing you at times. Very frustrating.

These guys are pretty good. They will joke they will laugh with you they will get you what you need. Can't really much complain except for the fact that they don't have what you need that's the only bad part be advised when you do go here that the vehicle is on site however you have to wait for your part to be pulled. And no you cannot go and pull it yourself because it's a liability issue. So call in advance pay in advance to pick it up.

Yes people I was out of town looking for some parts for my truck on the hum bug and guess what! Guess! They had my part. Engine Fan laying on the shelf for me to go pick it up. Truck back together fan runs great and balanced.

Was very disappointed that I ordered 3 parts and all 3 were broken due to staff not listening to me before pulling part wasted 6 45 minute trips to LKQ worst place ever

I had a transmition that I needed to pick up,and that was the only way because that was the last day I could use my friends truck and the dude that was driving the forklift was speeding with my transmition on a pallet and dropped it then he picked it up and dropped it again very unprofessional that guy should be fired!!???
