Wow, this place is a joke!! It only took over 2 weeks of getting the run around before we found a lady that could get us a refund check. Everyone one in there is very careless when working on your vehicle. It goes in for repairs but comes out half done and new scratches on the vehicle

Our son's car was taken to Laird Noller Topeka Collision Center due to damage from hitting a couple of wild animals. Terry is an honest guy who puts his clients first. He explained in detail what was required to fix the car and made certain the parts were up to standards. Sierra is a wonderful person who did a great job keeping us up to date on the status of the car.

They did a very good job restoring my vehicle after being rear-ended this summer. Although there has been communication issues with the other parties insurance, I have been very Happy with how they have worked on my car. In fact, the body looks better now than when I bought it used in 2016. I would really rate it 4.5 Stars. I highly recommend this business.

My car has been there for almost a month and a half. They told my insurance company it would be ready today two weeks ago but it’s been sitting in the SAME spot on the frame machine for those two weeks now. They did not inform me or my insurance company that it would be delayed another week or two until we called today. My wait doesn’t seem like it has anything to do with waiting for parts either, just not making it priority when it should be at this point.Poor communication and very clearly have a lack of respect for their customers. I wouldn’t normally have an issue with waiting but to push the pick up date back two times now and then to not start on it again until a customer calls to complain is bad business. I believe that is what occurred today, as they just now started pulling the front end today after I left a voicemail. Pretty convenient timing. I understand that it’s a “big build” and things take time, but maybe it should get started on in a timely manner so a customer isn’t waiting two months for their car.Edit to add: I appreciate the response and willingness to accept your faults and apologize for them! I still haven’t had someone reach out though. I just called to make sure it would be done by Friday/Monday at the latest like they said it would be and I once again wasn’t able to reach Richard. The receptionist is very nice but once I leave him a voicemail, he never reaches back out to me. I’m expecting my car pickup date to be delayed again :/ (editing again to add that it won’t be ready as expected. we’ll see if they can meet the deadline they set for THEMSELVES next wednesday…)

They did a great job with my new Bronco. Hit a deer and had to have the bumper, grill and other stuff replaced. Had some hard to find aftermarket trim pieces that they were not able to find available so they custom made them. Really impressed with their work. Looks like new!

We had totaled our car and it was brought to this Collision Center because it was a total loss. We are not from Kansas so we were unfamiliar with the area and felt like our heads were spinning with the details on what to do with car insurance/new car etc. While retrieving our belongings the manager Terry Allen came out to see if we needed any help. He assisted us with troubleshooting how to take our car top carrier off the car and onto the new one. He was so incredibly nice in a very scary time in our life and his guidance and assistance was very comforting. The ladies in the office were so kind, too. They made our experience so much better and I'm glad we chose this Collision Center after our car wreck. Thank you Terry and staff at Noller Collision Center! Not only are you superhumans for handling the Kansas heat (seriously) but your professionalism and kindness made our days in Topeka that much better!

Caitlin and her team did an Absolutely PRIMO JOB!!!! My CX-5 looks great!!! It looks wonderful. I even think it drives better if that is even possible.LOL.So if you need body work done, Laird Noller Collision. Is the place to go.
